    Another shopping centre, and another London Drugs attached to it. The one thing I will say about this one, compared to all the others I have been to is, it's practically identical to Lougheed's store. If you know the Lougheed store, you will be able to find exactly what you are looking for without a map! And it is always nice, for a mall to have one of these stores, as it's more of your one stop shop for everything, and you can get them to price match with most of the mall on goods found within the mall. The other good thing is that most LD's have a public washroom, just in case.

From that day until now (October 2 - more than 140 days later), the sofa has never been delivered. The problems started right away. They pressured us with a "special one-day promotion" and promised a $200 discount if we bought an extra item. We trusted them and bought a coffee table, but the discount was never applied. When I followed up, they simply denied ever saying it. That is dishonest. They also sent us "gifts" (a soundbar and pillows) we never asked for. Later, when we tried to cancel the order after endless delays, the manager said we could not cancel unless we paid $400 for those so-called gifts. Even when we offered to return them unused (because of poor quality), they refused and said they were "final sale." This is unacceptable. Every delivery promise was broken. July, then August, then "it has shipped" in September -- but still nothing. The manager made empty promises and never called back. Meanwhile, payments started in June and The Brick has been taking my money without delivering the sofa. The Brick has shown dishonesty, false promises, and terrible customer service. I will never shop here again and strongly warn others not to trust this store

I had forwarded details of what we wanted -- re: a fridge and freezer -- and she placed the order with The Brick there. The Daughter then went to her nearest store here, paid for the items, and the order was transferred, all further communications and such came to us from this Coquitlam store. Though it took considerable time to acquire what we had ordered (due to back-ordering of one of the products), the store kept us well-informed of what was happening, and eventually all went well, along with a smooth and accommodating delivery to top it off. The old fridge had done its thing fir a long while, but it finally gave up and needed replacement. At the same time, we thought it would useful to add a small chest freezer to the place (a replacement for an old one which quit a year or so ago). So two new shiny appliances to use and enjoy -- a Frigidaire 12 cu ft, top mount freezer 'apartment-sized' refrigerator, and Frigidaire 5 cu ft chest freezer. We are both happy with selections made, and the total shopping experience received from 'The Brick'.

The tv that I was looking for was out of stock and the price had gone up from the time I had selected it in another outlet. He was kind enough to offer a decent discount to meet halfway of the previous discount. The next day which is today when I walked into bestbuy I unfortunately met with Josh manager who gave me a higher price (although yesterday he was the one who had approved this price to Josh) and when I explained my yesterday's conversation with Josh to his manager he said he can honor the price promised only if I go for a 4 yr protection plan which will cost another 479$ extra. This is so unethical and not customer centric. I mean his executive Josh was able to do a better job than Joy in handling my issue. He did not even allow us to return our tv in this center as it was purchased on financing option from Surrey outlet. We are told any Best Buy can take returns or exchange but the reality seems different. Very disappointing.

On Dec 31, 2025, I paid $126 for a diagnostic visit for my dryer. The technician performed only a brief inspection and concluded the issue was likely a thermal fuse without fully accessing or testing the heating coil. The next day, I received a repair quote of $641.81, which was in addition to the $126 diagnostic fee already paid (I did NOT proceed with or pay the $641.81). I later hired an independent technician who properly diagnosed the problem as a burned-out heating coil, which Electrafix had not tested. After I provided photo evidence and repair documentation, Electrafix acknowledged the misdiagnosis and agreed the $126 should be refunded. However, they refused to process the refund unless I signed a broad release waiving all current and future claims and agreeing not to post reviews. I declined, as this condition is unrelated to the refund. In addition, my dryer's front panel was found damaged and not properly seated after their visit. Electrafix denied responsibility. Based on my experience, I strongly do not recommend this company if you want to avoid wasting your time and money. I want to respond to the owner's comment and clarify the facts for anyone reading this: Your technician refused to reinstall the dryer's front panel properly. After I asked him to do so, I immediately noticed it could not be reinstalled correctly. When the independent technician later opened the panel, the damage was already visible. The independent technician repaired the dryer from the top, without moving the machine, and there was no need for two technicians. After your technician's misdiagnosis, your company provided me a quote of $126 + $642.81 based on that misdiagnosis. Following that quote, I cannot imagine what could have happened -- you would have charged even more for such a small repair, not to mention the time lost. I believe the $126 diagnostic fee should be refunded unconditionally. Your claim that the damage originated "from the inside" or from independent work is incorrect and unsupported, as the damage was present immediately after your technician's service. Disputing responsibility for damage under your care raises serious concerns about business practices. Customers deserve transparency, accountability, and fair resolution.

So when my car stereo went last month the first place I went to was Visions. The guy that helped me out went through all the features and benefits of the JVC stereo he sold me. I was very pleased with it as it worked well in my vehicle. 3 weeks after buying it I began to have issues with the screen so I went back in to the store to see what could be done. This is when my views on Visions changed. The guy that greeted me at the door listen to my story but when he realized I was not there to buy anything but for a warranty issue he didn't have the time of day for me. His answer to my problem was that I need to contact JVC and send it in to them. I have a hard time with this as I only bought the car stereo 3 weeks ago and there should be something that Visions could do for me. Either way I am very disappointed with the customer service that I received and feel that I should express to everyone how the service this time REALLY SUCKED!!!     I have a Buyer Beware Story from this store. I'm only…read morename-dropping, so you know what to ask the workers you speak to at the store. I bought a TV from Adib Al-Faraj in 2022. We were super happy about his customer service, and he was pretty good at getting us a perfect deal. However, it became a problem regarding the insurance they wanted to sell. At first, I said no, I take care of my TV, and I'm not worried about it. But he told us, "Once you get the insurance, no matter what happens to the TV, you will get a free TV." I asked, "So If I throw a baseball at the TV, I will get a new TV." He said, "Yes." 2024, my TV Broke. The guys they hired to check what happened to the TV came in to check and said it was physical damage. They don't cover physical damage. So, I was misinformed--the first one. Then I talked to Mario about these problems as he was the store manager. Mario did his best to suit my needs, but the warranty doesn't cover physical damage. Even over the phone, Mario assured me I would get a new TV--misinformation number 2. I had to buy a new TV, and because Mario was doing his best, I purchased a TV again at Visions. I was asked what the payments were. He said, "Over 2 years, just pay whatever you want monthly. Just as long as you pay it off in two years." Misinformation three. You need to make a payment that is decided whatever Flexiti thinks it is, and Flexiti won't tell you what it is. You have to figure it out yourself every month. I just divided the number by 24 and thought those were the payments, and I was wrong. Now, I'm paying the entire interest out, and I'm now out of $3500. I hope this story helps people purchasing products at this store and know that those you talk to at the store don't know what they are talking about when it comes to after the sale and don't trust their words. And hopes the salesperson and manager of the store get some more training so they don't hurt more customers financially.
