The Naples Best Buy is an excellent store for my electronic purchases. The sales staff are courteous, understanding and very knowledgeable. Went in today to grab a transfer cable for my camera. Encountered two employees who both told me they didn't sell it, go online. Very dismissive and just couldn't be bothered to engage with me as a customer! Knowing they were clueless, I searched on my smartphone, found the item and sku number and found it myself! I wish that I could give them 0 stars. Since moving here over 10 years ago I have been going to this best buy. This store along with the gulf coast location has had an obvious struggle with management. They have the worst customer service and sometimes don't even have the answers needed. My most recent experience probably has more to do with corporate policy rather then store policy. I Purchased a car stereo hear from the salesman. He told me if the stereo was broken and I bought the protection plan, I would return and it will be replaced. Upon needing to use the service, I was told the stereo needs to be sent out for repair and I would need to come back to schedule another installation. I was not told of this possibility by the sales person nor supported by the manager or Collin at the geek squad desk. The tech, Michelle, was warm caring and helpful. I will not buy another product from the store due to the service that I received from the geek squad team. read more

9.5/10 times they have the product I need or can answer my questions. I do a lot of business with them making purchases for my stores and if something needs replaced they are quick to help. Would like the ability to call in for help/questions to be a lot easier/quicker. read more

This applies to Geek Squad at Coconut Point, on line and telephone support. Simply stated - not good. Paid for 24/7 service when bought my computer at Best Buy 3 months ago. USB ports stopped working - three days ago. After spending 2 hours on telephone and being blown off by on line tech I made appt to 'discuss' the problem with Geek Squad at store. I've purchased iPhones, accessories, and Samsung HDTVS at this store. With the exception of one sales associate, I've found the staff to be downright rude. On my last visit, a clueless cashier refused to honor a loyalty coupon and made no effort to resolve the problem. I immediately cancelled my Best Buy Visa card. I'm buying a Drone this week. I wish I can give this place no stars, the Best Buy at coconut point has the worst customer service. The assistant manager there is a rude, cocky, jerk, people beware they are selling factory defective products and when u go to the store for help within a week they don't care, they are stealing customers money, if u get upset they call the police and say they are feeling threaten in order to kick customers out of the store. Management does not have any interest in helping the customer, they want money and after you walk out of the store they don't care at all what happens. Bought 4 DVDs. Two didn't work. Tried to return them. Customer Service said they could only replace them since they worked on "their" player and had "been opened". Pointed out that didn't do me any good. Manager said my player must "need updates" despite fact my other CDs are fine, as were the other two I had bought with the two that didn't work. And why would he think replacements would work any better if the problem was my player? Manager was adamant about their policy. For $24 they lost a customer and gained a critic. So beware! Best Buy DVDs work on "some" players or "selected" players and you will discover this too late. And they hardly provide "white glove" customer service. "Rubber glove" is more descriptive. No tact, no diplomacy, no customer service skills, which is how I ended up talking to a "manager." But the woman at the door wished me a "Happy Day" and I guess that makes it all better. read more
