Jason came out the next day and got right to work disassembling the fridge. He determined the problem (blown thermostat,) told me the plan and quoted a price. He told me that he could order the part (from Frigidaire) and it would arrive two days later, and he could finish up. My wife asked if she could get the part on Amazon, and he said sure, why not? So we got it overnight, and saved about $75! (the part cost $15 on Amazon.) Jason put the whole fridge back together and said it would work, but it wasn't fixed completely because it till needs the thermostat. But meanwhile we had the use of our fridge back. He came back the next day and finished up. Perfect work! I am thrilled with the job he did; I really like that he was so straight up about the cost. He quoted me a price and stuck to it.. He gave me an option to save some money (ordering my own part.) There was no upselling, not hidden costs, no games at all! Just good solid craftmanship. When I confronted the repair person he then miraculously found it for the price I found. He then installed it and it didn't produce ice. He returned days later and said it needed a sensor. After a week goes by, replaced that and still no ice. Another week goes by for a return visit to tell me he can't fix it. I asked to be reimbursed and was only given back the labor cost. So now I paid 200 for an icemaker that still doesn't work. Absolutely ridiculous and am very upset. Don't use this company.

Can't say enough about Eric, he took the time to diagnosed the problem, ordered the part a new heater. He created a temporary bypass so the system would stop blowing the breaker.
