The radio played the local classic rock station and I was never consulted about volume or content. Again, safe and on time. Just don't expect a big city taxi, much less a car service.

I called them to ask for our money back, and said they would refund us, but no refund has been issued. I've been calling them, and no one is answering and they keep dropping my call the moment they recognize my number, oh the voicemail box is full too. They are total scammers. So beware, even if it's their mistake and you've already paid them, you will never get your money back. It's a shame that you will ruin your business reputation just for a little bit of money. ShuttleAire's quote was very prompt and competitive. I accepted and was asked if I was going to pay by check or card. I elected cash. I was sent information about what to expect.
