I know that he went OUT-OF-HIS-WAY, to make sure I was taken to the right Dept. to get my taxes paid-up, to save my house from being auctioned. I'm 68yrs. old & being a TBI survivor, I have some mental issues that I can't help, he seemed to have understood that & instead of taking advantage of me, as most do, he was very kind, patient, thoughtful, understanding, RELIABLE & an all-around GOOD-HEARTED PERSON. I'd trust him, w/my mother. He even made a special trip, to insure my home was safe from being impounded by the Govt. I owe him more that I could ever repay, for helping this Old, Retired, Disabled Vet, save his home. I KNOW HE'S MADE MY CHRISTMAS LIST... Really, the important stuff was covered. But this isn't New York or San Francisco...or even Norfolk. The car was a mid-size white sedan with a magnetic sign on the door, the car smelled of cigarettes, and had a flimsy seat cover in the back. The radio played the local classic rock station and I was never consulted about volume or content. Again, safe and on time. Just don't expect a big city taxi, much less a car service.

Then out of the blue "Sorry have to cancel". Almost missed only daily train out of Flint due to Uber shoddy service. Guest at the hotel I was staying drove me to station instead. No excuses no apology from either Uber driver. Disgusting! Lesson: When in Flint, do not depend on Uber for transportation.

I called them to ask for our money back, and said they would refund us, but no refund has been issued. I've been calling them, and no one is answering and they keep dropping my call the moment they recognize my number, oh the voicemail box is full too. They are total scammers. So beware, even if it's their mistake and you've already paid them, you will never get your money back. It's a shame that you will ruin your business reputation just for a little bit of money.
