So beware, even if it's their mistake and you've already paid them, you will never get your money back. It's a shame that you will ruin your business reputation just for a little bit of money. ShuttleAire's quote was very prompt and competitive. I accepted and was asked if I was going to pay by check or card. I elected cash. I was sent information about what to expect. The flight got in early. ShuttleAire was monitoring it and texted that he would be there so I didn't have to wait. He let me know where he was parked and sent a picture of his vehicle to me.
