For both my visits, every single staff member from the moment I stepped in was kind and welcoming. The front desk staff is friendly discreet. The medical team is all gentle and caring. As someone who has anxiety and also a fear of needles, they were extremely patient with me and caring. I want them to know that they helped me overcome my fear of bloodwork, which has been haunting me for a while. My provider never once made feel uncomfortable about my decision and I felt like I had support. The staff at this location deserve to know they are truly appreciated for everything they do. One of her ears was infected and there was no way that I could take it out. The staff were super kind and let me know the suggested time so that the provider could see her asap. When I went in, the office was definitely clean and child friendly. TV shows with animals to make her calm and laugh and décor of the jungle. They have baby hospital beds in the rooms (I cant so cute). The nurse came in and said she sees this all of the time (what!). There was no way to numb the ears because it would hurt more so the doctor made us comfortable and nurse supported him and with the right tools, got those earrings out! I think her dad and i were more impacted lol. He cleaned her up, gave us antibiotic ointment, suggested earrings and the nurse gave her stickers. Overall, a traumatic experience was turned into a positive one because of the amazing care at PM Pediatrics. Thank you so much!
