I chose this shop because of the good reviews but ended up having an absolutely horrific experience. I came in with a cracked screen, ended up having to return multiple times, was treated horribly by the guy who works there, and my phone is permanently damaged.   I brought in my iPhone with a broken screen and opted for an OLED screen replacement which they said they had. When I returned to pick up my phone, they said they had run out of OLEDs and used an LCD without bothering to call and ask me if I was okay with that. I would have rather just taken my phone to a different store to get an OLED, but they just changed it to an LCD without my consent. The second I got my phone back it started crashing and wouldn't charge, the battery (which had been functioning fine before) suddenly had a 0% capacity and wouldn't charge past 1%.   I brought it back and the guy there tried to deny that they had done something during the repair and said my battery had always been like this which was absurd. He did finally agree to replace the battery and the screen again (to another LCD). I was told to return in a few days when they would have an OLED screen in. Though still draining quickly, the battery was now functional, but the screen would regularly stop responding to my touch. I could no longer text more than a few words before the screen would stop responding. Within a couple days, small cracks also started spreading on the screen even though I never dropped it.   When I returned for the OLED screen and explained that I thought the LCD screen had been installed incorrectly given the lack of response to touch and eventual cracking, the man working there got very aggressive with me, accusing me of dropping the phone and violating our agreement that I would bring the screen back intact. There was no such agreement, and I never asked them to install that screen in the first place. He did finally agree to update it to the OLED screen, which I paid for, and he apparently put in yet another battery for reasons that remain unclear. My phone is currently functional, though the screen has a color tint and the battery still drains faster than it should. I am not convinced it will last very long and anticipate having to buy a new phone soon. read more

My iPhone 12 Pro Max got a crack on the back and it, basically, shattered and then the camera lens started to crack too. So... I looked up the closest and quickest iphone repair shop, called them and they took me in as their last appt. They worked hard and did a great job! Looks as good as new! I told them t-mobile was going to offer to buyback my phone if I traded in and they said they were sent many customers from the phone stores to fix the screens and stuff anyway. So I got mine fixed. Highly knowledgeable and honest! I was given a new iPhone with more storage from my boss as our software takes up so much space for our work! It has very small chip in the screen at the top left. I figured free phone just replace the screen and it's a win win! So, I came in and Jose helped me out. Walked in to get an old iPhone screen repaired, he said it'd be ready in about forty minutes but he briefly mentioned he wanted to eat lunch, so I ran errands and got texted it was ready and picked it up all in under 2 hours. Otherwise if I had waited and postponed his lunch, there's a bar nearby to waste your time luckily, but I wasn't really in the mood to go to the bar anyways. He's ordering a special part for the same iPhones camera screen so I'll be back once the part arrives. Think my device is a 7 plus. Imagine your phone taking beautiful pictures one day and blurry ones the next. For someone who loves taking pictures, I was in shock. Somehow, my camera lens and cover were shattered. :( Even though my phone is in a case, the camera has no additional coverage as freak accidents happen. Needless to say after running to the store I bought my phone at, they directed me to this location. All I wanted was a fixed camera. A part had to be ordered so I had a blurry camera for a few days, but no biggie since my phone still worked just fine. Prices were so reasonable, this was my best option vs going through insurance and I didn't have to send in my phone. I have a Samsung Note 9 and this was something they hadn't had to fix on this model before, yet he was confident he could figure it out. With a little perseverance and a couple tries (yes it was a bigger issue than it looked when I originally brought it in), my phone was back in working order taking amazing pictures. I have been to this place 3 times now (I suffer from the butteriest fingers ever) and John never disappoints. My last trip there (Nov. 2024) I cracked my iphone 15 screen. He replaced it with a 3rd party screen and after a few days, I noticed the screen was drawing way too much battery power.
