I'm confused about what happened here. I requested a quote for a laptop battery replacement and was told $75 plus tax on the parts, so around $78, which I still think is a good price. I agreed and said I would come in on the 8th. A few days later, I messaged to reschedule to the 15th. The owner replied on Yelp that it was fine. On the morning of the 15th, I texted my arrival time a few hours in advance, to which he never replied. I arrived at the shop with my laptop, and the employee working said there was no order for me, which was confusing because the owner had been so communicative. He said he would order the part and it would be there later that week and I agreed to come back. I got a text confirmation with my order number and everything. Fast forward a week and a half: silence. Nothing. I replied to the order confirmation text asking if it had arrived, and I don't know if it went through or not, but it's just weird they wouldn't have the part by now or some kind of update. I gave up, bought a kit on Amazon for $35, and installed it myself in 10 minutes. I don't know where this project fell apart, but if the shop didn't want to take it on, they could have declined it. I'm just confused by lack of follow-through because they have so many good reviews, and I thought I had done everything I could, both in person and online, to confirm I wanted the service. read more

I don't usually leave reviews, but this was a genuinely unacceptable experience. I brought in my iPad for a simple charging port repair and was told it would take about an hour. Instead, I waited over two hours with zero communication and had to call the store myself just to get an update. Only then was I told it would be another 30 minutes. Upon arrival they showed me my iPad charging port was fixed--but now the screen was not working properly. This was never an issue before I brought it in. After pointing it out, they took it back again and was told it would be about another hour. The second time I can around to received it, they told me they had removed my tempered glass screen protector without my knowledge or consent. No one informed me this would be necessary, and when I asked about replacing it, they refused. To make matters worse, after a few hours of use, the screen started showing pixels and faint lines--an issue that did not exist prior to this repair. I brought in my device with one problem and left with multiple. When I called to resolve this, I was essentially told my only options were to let them "fix" it again or have them undo their work. At this point, I have no confidence in their ability to handle my device, given they already caused additional damage. A reasonable request for a partial refund was denied. Overall, this experience reflects poor communication, lack of transparency, and questionable workmanship. I would strongly caution others before trusting this place with their devices. read more

After calling many places that told me they would need to order the part and all were quoting me higher than average cost from 150-300 to replace my cracked screen on my Rev 6x I happened upon these guys. I called he quoted me the price over the phone. 81.03 I drove over and they fixed it on the spot it took 35 minutes and it comes with a 90 days warranty and I opted to also buy and add it screen protector for 10.00. this place is professional clean and I couldn't be happier.
