This guy replied to my quote request IMMEDIATELY. Unlike everyone else, he said come in and he would do a FREE estimate. Everyone else wanted between $25 and $75 just to give an estimate. He fixed my broken, bent out of shape iPhone while I waited in 30 minutes and charged $35 for the repair. I had dropped it badly, and the back case was bent open and the phone would only say "searching" but would never connect to the network. This guy was honest, he could have charged more, but he was very honest. He even played Christian music while I waited!! Can't recommend this guy more highly! read more

Took my iPhone 6s Plus to get the screen replaced so I could trade it in and they did a great job quickly and cheap. My screen was cracked and needed a cheapo screen that worked so I could trade it in. Competitively priced and I did my shopping before coming to these guys. Rick is beyond accommodating and makes you feel welcome from the first interaction. the screen i had from the Cerritos mall was super glitchy and cracked very easily. I decided to try this spot in my neighborhood and I'm so glad I did. Rick quickly fixed my phone with a great quality screen and even gave a 30day warranty. When I came in to get my screen fixed he told me I had a 30 day warranty. 8 days after I came and to get my screen fixed it broke again, when I called and explained this to the business they told me that they could only replace the screen for free if it wasn't broken...?? And now because there Was damage to the screen they cannot replace it. Literally one week later. I don't know how that makes sense but they wanted to charge me another $70 to replace screen that was initially faulty to begin with?? He said he is willing to charge me half but how does it make sense to pay for something that was faulty to begin with? read more

After him taking it apart and putting a new one on, there was a gap on the bottom of the phone where the charger is. The fix itself was great. The glass on my back camera had been shattered, so there was a lot of dirt collected on my lens. The outcome was terrible pictures. So, I took it in after giving them a call. They are super nice and down-to-earth guys. Only issue was the time frame-- went in almost a month ago and just today had it finally finished. Just had my first experience with these guys yesterday. The service technician was knowledgeable, quick, and fixed the iPhone 6S I brought in in about 20 minutes. He put a new OEM screen on it and even had to reinstall the little vibration module and some tiny internal screws that had come loose from the fall that broke the screen. He was thorough in making sure the phone worked as intended once the repairs were complete, and even price matched with a local competitor! The shop itself is small and situated in a small strip mall right off of the 405 and Long Beach Blvd. Signage is their only real issue, but the location is superb for anyone coming up or down the 405. read more

Don't waste your time orthey'll just rip you off asking for more money, in the end they blame your phone when it's their terrible work. In response: Bryan: I did not state I didn't have money until pay day, in fact I have the receipt that I PAID IN FULL before the service was done. I can post the picture of my receipt of before and the extra you charged me after. I was told it would take 3 business days (took it Tuesday) I didn't get it back u til Saturday after you called and said it would be done Friday. I was told I would get a discount and I wasn't given a discount. When I dropped off my phone the next business day you called me in the evening asking for more money for parts to fix my phone and I asked for my money back and the response was that my phone was already being fixed so nvm. You guys said my screen was not fixed at your place because of some logo when I bought a groupon to get my phone fixed at your store. When I initially went into your store to get my screen fixed I had to pay $30 extra dollars, but the groupon said otherwise. Called Monster Fix today after checking around for a place to fix my cracked iPhone 6plus screen. Quotes from Best Buy, Staples and a couple other places were anywhere from $149- $200. It was a fluke that I checked Living Social as I'd already decided to give Monster Fix a call ( due to great reviews) and they had voucher options for fixing all sizes of screens and screen/LED packages. With the Living Social 20% discount my cost was $63.20 down from the $79 for my type of phone screen fix. They are open til 7 pm which is an added bonus! I called and first spoke with Bryan who, while not only being very friendly, assured me they could fix my phone in about 30-45 minutes so I said I'd be in. His brother, Francis, was who ended up helping me and fixing my phone. Nicest guy! I highly recommend them as they are a family owned business with great service and prices. They service all types of Apple products in addition to your other cell phone brands ( I'm fairly sure Francis said they work on other brands of laptops and things but am not positive. I know he listed a really long list of phone brands, including Samsung). They have accessories available for purchase at good prices, too. read more
