The driver had me sign before I could inspect the package, but he was nice enough to bring it to my garage on the pallet. Then I noticed the label was to be delivered to us, but the packaging said "dining set". I asked the driver why it said that, and he said once it's off the truck, there's nothing he could do, and left. We immediately notified Shop4Patio, who did then ship out the correct item, which arrived by the same carrier. We asked about picking up the wrong item, he refused saying it wasn't on his order. This was a large freight delivery taking up a log of space and blocking an entire by of our garage, that we couldn't just move out of the way. We continued to call and email for weeks until our attorney said by CFR it was considered abandoned, and we could do with it as we pleased. That was Feb/Mar. We just now received invoices for freight delivery for both items, totaling over $1600, because Shop4Patio isn't paying the shipping, even though their site advertises free shipping. Beware, by CFR, you may be responsible for any shipping charges they choose not to pay. We didn't ask for the wrong first order and had no room for it. Now they are passing the shipping fees on to us, which are not worth either item we received. We are still hoping for them to make this right, but in the meantime, you should be aware of this risk. If they make it right, I will alter my rating to reflect it.

Nothing is done box is sitting at the entrance to our property for last 8 days. We even told them that our pool contractor offered to move it next to our garage for few dollars they refused to cooperate. For return they wanted restocking fee, I explained package is not accepted by us since we do not consider it delivered, they are yet to respond.

We had ordered a very popular quartz for our island and countertops, but it somehow "wasn't in the shipment" as promised on time, and we were forced to choose another quartz in order to make our closing on time. While we were extremely disappointed in hearing the news that our custom order wouldn't be available on time and that the quartz was on back order for another month, we were able to select another quartz that was thankfully in stock. The new selection was more expensive than our original, however because of the challenge we faced with not receiving our first pick, the price was honored and we were not charged anything additional. There were many slabs to choose in their warehouse. My only complaint is the insufficient lighting in the warehouse, so the light provided does not do the slabs justice. The woman representative assisting us was very helpful and friendly and answered all of our questions and concerns. Installation was prompt and looks great.

Everything was done via phone calls and emails with Ryan Oleary. I was referred to a few installers to get specific measurement. I somewhat expected Mansion Windows and Doors to take care of that; nonetheless we got the appropriate Measurements from one of the people referred to a couple weeks later. Ryan seemed patient with me as I went through the process on deciding what door design etc. All forms signed and scanned back in, check deposit sent and then a long wait. Once they received my door in the warehouse, I received an invoice for final payment, which was a lot more than my initial contract from Heather. It was an error, but I wondered why now heather was my contact.-- maybe just the process. It was corrected, I sent the remaining balance-- they were delayed in confirming receipt. So of course I reached out to them and a different person got back to me. But hey, they responded when prompted. Overall, it was a good experience, but the process could have been better. The door arrived with minimal paint chipped, but thermatru sent touch up paint, because that is expected in shipment. It was installed August 17th (4months later) by the same person initially referred to and ALL IS WELL!
