We had a Samsung refrigerator that had an ice maker problem. I was referred to Lou by another appliance repair company who did not work on Samsung. I texted Lou and received a response within an hour. We set up a date for him to come out and look at the refrigerator. He gave us an estimate and set up a repair date when the part came in. He was on time for both meetings, totally professional, and met his estimated price. He fixed the fridge and we now have an icemaker that works and doesn't leak all over the floor. We have a 12-year-old Samsung dryer and figured it was a goner but Sandy said those were good dryers so it might be better to fix it. She gave us the All Fixed Appliance number. What a great experience. Lou their expert came and promptly replace the heater coil which he had on the truck. Just as we're getting ready to sell our house, our 20 year old fridge put out a burning electrical smell, so we powered it down. Since we have a ton of moving expenses, we didn't really want to replace it. So we called All Fixed Appliance Repair and they sent a guy out right away. They expressed shipped a replacement part from Richmond and he was able to come back within just a few days. Their service was much better than I expected. Lou had to visit twice because he needed to order a special part after identifying the issue. On his second visit he fixed our microwave and it is working fine so far with no issues. Besides fixing our appliance, I was really impressed with how professional Lou was in his job and to be careful about taking precautions for covid 19. These people understand customer service. I had a minor emergency with our front loading washing machine. The company I used before couldn't even trouble shoot it for over 2 weeks. I called All Fixed. At first they promised they would come out in 4 days but later called back and said they would add us to the end of the day because we really needed help. They came, diagnosed the pblm, ordered parts and we're back in 3 days to finish the repair. Service was great and prices more than fair. Lou, the man who has serviced our appliances in the past, is always professional, helpful, pleasant, and conscientious. Took a few phone calls to find someone to work on an LG refrigerator but found these guys,they actually had me run the diagnostic over phone before coming out. It was determined to be the compressor.
