I had put in an Internet inquiry for an appointment for a NF car accident. I received a prompt…read morereply the next day and set an appointment for the following day. I made sure to let the woman I spoke to know that it was for a NF case. When I arrived 35 minutes early for my appointment I wasn't acknowledged at all until about a half hour later when the receptionist asked for my insurance cards. I told her I wasn't going through my insurance because it was NF and the instant I said it, the receptionist tried to dissuade me from seeing the doctor even though I was already there for my app. She asked if I had another doctor I could go to because I hadn't been to this office in years and they didn't have my history. When I was insistent on keeping the app I had already made she asked for a copy of my car insurance ID, I don't carry a physical copy with me and didn't have it and the receptionist jumped on the opportunity to send me away. I am a medical biller and I have billed NF before, it may be office policy to obtain a copy but they don't need the copy to bill out the claim. The policy # and claim # (both of which I had) would suffice. She could've taken the information and asked me to bring a copy at my earliest convenience. But like I said she was ready to get rid of me the second I alerted her to it being a NF case and refused to take me on without it. I have never had such a disrespectful /incompetent experience at a doctor's office before. I don't recommend this office to anyone.

Wait times are atrociously long. Simple visits are somehow made complicate. Dont waste your time with an office that has zero empathy & lacks basic medical supplies. They couldn't do basic in house tests so they sent out to a lab creating another copay. Nothing good to say about this office. The lack of common sense for people with a medical degree is astounding. Stuck in the dark ages nothing is electroni, still hand writing on paper pads scratching out dates and the old facility name with marker that rubs off. It's entirely unprofessional top to bottom.

High turnover of staff and poor business practices Rather than being concerned with quality patient care they solicit you to give high praise and reviews. First I will start by saying his staff is very pleasant, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. It has been a pleasure getting to know them. Everyone of them work together as a team and are an asset to this practice. When I first met DR Kochar I felt extremely comfortable. Whatever has ailed me, he as either provided the diagnostic testing or a solid referral to the necessary specialist. The staff follows up to see how you are doing and notifies me when any test results are back. I'm sticking with the solid medical service.
