We purchased our first home with Nicole Gaines' expert assistance. As first time home buyers and buying from out of state, Nicole was an INCREDIBLE help and made the whole experience painless and enjoyable. We purchased a new build (before construction had even started) and were so glad that we didn't follow the builder's advice that we didn't need our own agent. She was present on our behalf for the foundation walk through when we weren't able to make the trip, and joined us for the pre-dry wall and final walk throughs as well. She asked helpful questions to the builder that we wouldn't have known to ask the builder and had so much helpful information to share every time we spoke.
