Crazy experience. Booked a move out clean, so the house was 98% empty. Someone was supposedly there from 9a-430p cleaning, but when I went to see what was actually done as I was charged for an extra hour, the house was in worse shape than I'd left it! They claimed it was taking so long due to "lots of build up", but none of the "build up" had even been touched yet. They sent a new team of 3 (allegedly) out for 2 hours at 5:15 and miraculously they got the rest done... No idea what the first person who went out was doing for 7 hours. Lots of things still got missed, and a blind was broken when I went back in the morning to inspect the cleaning. Would NOT recommend this company - there's a reason their rates are less than what you'll find. read more

Not good is an understatement. Bee Cleaner was meant to do a deep clean of a new apartment I moved into, I gave them access via a lockbox as I was traveling and detailed where I wanted them to focus (kitchen and bathroom. When I got back a week later, it was clear the apartment hadn't been cleaned -and even worse the door was unlocked. When I sent Bee Cleaners photos showing how dirty the apartment was, they offered to send another team. And Bee Cleaners didn't communicate clearly about the second appointment with me or the team. I was on client calls when the team was meant to arrive (they were already on their way without INFORMING ME THAT THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY!) and told Pearl that the time wouldn't work for me. Needless, they arrived. I saw the cleaners pull up in my driveway - carrying a 2 year old out of the car. Was she meant to help clean my apartment? Or walk around it while the two women with her cleaned? Honestly - I have never experienced this level of dysfunction in communicating with any professional, not to mention the cleaning I paid for wasn't done!! I found a new cleaner that came yesterday. The new cleaner was wonderful and confirmed that my apartment hadn't been professionally cleaned before their arrival. Do yourselves a favor - don't call Bee. read more
