No response. Sent a follow up email to make sure it was received and got a very short, dismissive, less than 8 word email saying "no open position, Anita." Oh, ok. That's fine if you don't want to hire me, but don't put a job listing out into the world that says you are ALWAYS looking to "partner" with hardworking and dependable individuals or local cleaning companies because you're not. Hopefully you don't treat your clients with that much disregard.

I had this one carpet that I was sure I was going to have to tear up - and it really wasn't terribly old. We had a male cat that had decided to mark his territory before he got fixed (over and over again I might add) - and it smelled horrible. I tried everything to get it out, even purchased this special stuff from the vets that it supposedly what people in forensics use to get the blood/protein out of crime locations. Didn't work. Paul showed up, and not only was able to get the smell out of carpet, but also gave me an education as it related to carpet stains and smells and why the over the counter stuff and other cleaning methods didn't, and wouldn't work. Bonus - the rugs looked fabulous! He certainly made a believer out of me! I will never rent a rug cleaner or buy over the counter products for this type of a job again. Beware of using this cleaning service. This business has questionable business practices, they…read moreovercharge, and they don't keep business records (i.e. they supposedly didn't track any of their hours while at our house). Even so, they charged us nearly 10x what we normally pay to have our house cleaned (a mortgage payment!). As if we didn't feel as though we were robbed blind and seriously taken advantage of as-is, the work was sub-par at best. My poor Mother-in-Law had to spend hours on her hands and knees cleaning all of our bathrooms AFTER these people cleaned our house. Beyond disappointing. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!
