Anyone can shop there, but the membership fee (about $20) meant you could pick up a catalog once a month and order in bulk at about 5% over wholesale, which I did several times. The staff was willing to take suggestions; they started carrying Endangered Species chocolate bars after I bought them in bulk a couple of times. Small refrigerated/frozen section; some personal care products and cleaning items, in addition to cookbooks. The sale table is worth a look.

If I could not find the supplements in the Sioux Falls area at other locations, I have found them at Wayne & Mary's - or they have offered to get them for me. They have been very helpful and unassuming any time I have gone into one of their stores. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable about products and healthy choice trends. If you are new to the area, they appear to be well networked and can give you suggestions for naturopaths, massage therapist or other alternative therapies in the Sioux Falls area. If they do not immediately have an answer, they will research for you. I am willing to pay a little more for the value!

Their food selection was inevitably disappointing--at least, when you're used to the co-op--and instead of the comforting hippie vibe I like to get in my natural foods stores I got that new agey crystal vibe. Not my cup of tea. Prices are spendy, too. So, uh, yeah. If you want crystals, go to the Butterfly Rainbow Center (yes, it's really a business). If you want natural foods, go to the co-op. Go to Wayne and Mary's if, uh...you're strapped for time or already on that side of town and don't want to waste any more gas.

That leads to the parking ramp and building, residents living in the apartments above has access. This store reminds me of Whole Foods, organic food, deli and pre-cooked food to take home. There's a Cafe and seating area near the front entrance. Store is spacious and clean, they offer a variety of groceries.

They have quail eggs for my pup which I love. They also have local eggs so I like that too. Easy parking. Offer a cute system when you reuse bags where they provide chips and then you get to choose which charity you'd like them to donate to! They have a good chips, candy section as well as some herbs and vitamins section! Always friendly staff to greet you and ring you up. I can't wait for the new location downtown to open as well.
