The Oreo was my favorite because it was the perfect protein shake without tasting like protein. The strawberry drink was good too but a little too strong for my taste- good sour aftertaste though. If I could not find the supplements in the Sioux Falls area at other locations, I have found them at Wayne & Mary's - or they have offered to get them for me. They have been very helpful and unassuming any time I have gone into one of their stores. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable about products and healthy choice trends. If you are new to the area, they appear to be well networked and can give you suggestions for naturopaths, massage therapist or other alternative therapies in the Sioux Falls area. If they do not immediately have an answer, they will research for you. I am willing to pay a little more for the value!

Not my cup of tea. Prices are spendy, too. So, uh, yeah. If you want crystals, go to the Butterfly Rainbow Center (yes, it's really a business). If you want natural foods, go to the co-op. Go to Wayne and Mary's if, uh...you're strapped for time or already on that side of town and don't want to waste any more gas.

It wasn't too far out of the way for me to go to so I swung by on my way to South Dakota. The place is very nice and they have lots of sticks and summer sausage plus jerky available plus all the normal cuts of meat you'd expect from a butcher. I love going to meat lockers and trying their recipe for the various beef sticks. Their skinless brats are amazing, as is their summer sausage. If I lived closer, I'd definitely be going here more often. I'd heard some good things from a co-worker who had grown up in the Fort Dodge area and he was not lying. If you are anywhere close, go to this locker.
