We parked nearby and wanted to check out the store. I noticed there's multiple entrance, the one I entered from the street and the other door on the otherside of the cashiers. That leads to the parking ramp and building, residents living in the apartments above has access. This store reminds me of Whole Foods, organic food, deli and pre-cooked food to take home. Love the vibe of this small market. They have a small produce section. I like their nuts and oats selection. They offer honey and filtered water. They have quail eggs for my pup which I love. They also have local eggs so I like that too. Easy parking. Offer a cute system when you reuse bags where they provide chips and then you get to choose which charity you'd like them to donate to! They have a good chips, candy section as well as some herbs and vitamins section! Always friendly staff to greet you and ring you up. We were traveling through Sioux Falls overnight and decided to get soup and salad to take back to hotel. There was a great variety on the salad bar and 3 soups to choose from. Everything was very good. This grocery with fresh foods was a great change from restaurant dining when on the road. It's not cheap, but it's the quality you're paying for. It's pretty spendy as a grocery store, but it is one of those all organic and local places. I think for a lot of people it's worth it. Now, the little restaurant they have... that's awesome! Their hot bar, salad bar, and soup bar are different every day and it's all really delicious. You pay by the pound, so if you're not very hungry, you can just get and pay for a little bit. It's really nice. And you can order sandwiches and burgers and whatnot from the counter as well. The prices at the restaurant are very reasonable. read more

I have been in SF for over 3yrs and find it hard to believe I totally did not know this place existed!. Very chic but homely little organic grocery store. The staff were very nice and helpful. I was also able to get duck fat which is not something you see often in other stores. Nothing to write home about. Prices make you long for a Whole Foods. Not the best selection but adequate for its size. Similar establishments always carry a small but eclectic collection of handmade hats, scarves, and other accessories from impoverished countries. Oh my gosh I can't believe I found this little gem in Sioux Falls of all places! Organic, healthy, gluten free, and vegan options for health conscious people! They have an awesome bistro and grab and go section with meals that fill you up without all the garbage and fillers. I am gluten free but have been known to eat pizza twice a year and deal.... However, this place was amazing! Everyone was super helpful and I did ask if there was more of these... There is not, it's privately owned but if you decide to add another location, please come to Minneapolis!! I ended up getting a curry chicken wrap that was wrapped in lettuce so no gluten! So delicious! I came back for dinner before heading back to Minneapolis for the meatloaf.... I really wanted it! It was amazing!! read more

I give this place a 10/10 for variety of products that they sell and layout/cleanliness of the store. However, this store is extremely expensive. I'm not from Sioux Falls, so I guess they can justify these prices because availability is limited, however,Whole Foods is cheaper than this. I walked the store and couldn't even justify buying anything because I've bought the same products in other places for half the price, if not less. My sister and I were in SF due to a family emergency. Our sister was in the Heart Hospital at Sanford, so we spent a lot of time in their cafeteria and grabbing a quick meal here and there. Both of us are healthy eaters, and though the Sanford Cafeteria has some healthy choices, we wanted a little more. We were very pleased to stumble on this great option. For those who like to eat in the cafeteria section of a Sprouts or Whole Foods, this is for you. There's a food and salad bar with quite a nice selection. South Dakota is joining the health revolution, Yay! One nice thing was the smoothie bar as well. Even though they had closed, they left some recently concocted smoothies in an ice cooler nearby. I grabbed one of their green smoothies to take with me on my drive to catch my plane from MSP the next day. Perfect! Definitely recommend this place. FWIW, the entire staff we encountered were very nice and friendly, so perhaps the other reviews refer to one or two people who work a different shift than when we visited. read more

I get them every time I come in. :) I'm a big fan of their bulk section as well as their choice of probiotics and skin care, vitamins, herbs, etc. I do think their prices are a wee bit high in terms of the rest of their items, wish those would come down a bit. Love this place. The food is super healthy and some of the absolute most delicious in town. They have soup and a salad bar daily along with other meal items that are ready to go or that can be picked from the menu and then prepared by staff for you. They make fresh juices daily.
