There was actual light rays reflecting from my granite counter-tops due to a thorough wipe-down. Frank also mentioned they used germicide cleaner for showers and bathroom sinks. I was very happy to hear that. Not only did they work fast, but they were very thorough. The work being requested was cleaning a portion of the vacant house with about 1000 sq ft hardwood floor, 300 sq ft tile floor, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms (just floors) and 1 bar. The flat rate was $145 for 4 hours. However, they finished the work 30 minutes early leaving dust on the kitchen counter and bar. When I told her there's dust in the corner of the countertop that meets the vertical part, she first said they don't clean the back splash and they cleaned the countertop twice but there was just too much dust. First of all, isn't back splash a part of kitchen, which was included in the original quote? Second, as a customer, I don't really care how you clean a certain place, but I do want all the dust is removed. There's no dust on the floor, but their kitchen and bar work is not satisfying at all.

The only work needing to be done was 1 bathroom, the kitchen (cabinets, floor, counters, fridge, and stove), 1 room to be vacuumed, and the walls to be wiped down. The house had no furniture in it to be cleaned and they were told NOT to clean the hardwood floors nor to do the windows which they ended up doing against my instructions and that cost me an extra $120! Ridiculous! The kitchen cabinets near the stove still had grease on them. Streaks were left on the stainless steel fridge. There were stains left on the walls from the cleaner they used. I ended up having to take the rest of the day off from work so I could spend 5 hours cleaning after they left. Maybe these ladies do a better job with weekly house cleanings but for deep move in or move out cleanings, I do NOT recommend them! It was a waste of $500 especially because of having to do the work myself after they didn't do the job in the first place!
