We hired Ivanna Enterprise for a cleaning service and immediately after they left, we experienced serious damage. Our gas stove began continuously beeping and leaking gas. We had to call the gas company, and when the technician assessed the stove area, he was electrocuted due to water exposure. The entire stove area was waterlogged and the unit would not fire up. In addition, our thermostat stopped working and was found to have significant water damage. It had to be replaced by an electrician because it was irreparable. We also later discovered that our bath tray had been broken and moved from its original position. None of these issues were present prior to the cleaning. We contacted the company directly to address the damages and request reimbursement but received no response. This situation posed a serious safety risk and resulted in out-of-pocket repair costs. Extremely disappointing experience and lack of accountability. read more

So, I asked for was a regular but, what I really needed was a 4-hour DEEP Cleaning. I guess I didn't realize how bad it was, especially with the amount of dust everywhere. Ivanna and her partner arrived at my place on time and got right to work. I thought it would be best to vacate while they cleaned. To my surprise, Ivanna texted that they were finished after 2.5 hours. She was giving an extra scrub to the bottom of my fridge when I got home. The place was really looking good. They did a great job on all the floors (tile, carpet and hardwood) and the counters in my kitchen and bathroom. She even dusted and sorted the junk on my desks and bureaus. Move out clean- at first everything was great(communication, flexibility, patience with us not being ready due to truck issues) Owner cleaned 1rst half house perfectly, sent 2 other people to finish later. On the surface everything again looked great, on our last pass realized they did not touch the oven-literally not even a wipe down much less deep cleaning. We were not in the way at that time so no excuse. We had to leave so will be charged an exorbitant fee for the landlord to clean. Very disappointing. read more

READ THIS BEFORE HIRING! After Ivanna cleaned the light fixture in my bathroom by removing the heavy glass bulb covers, she was not able to get one back on. A day or so later a second cover fell off breaking what was on my counter. Today (several weeks after the service) a third fell off, took a large chunk out of my marble counter top and cracked the sink in two places. She has denied any responsibility as this did not happen immediately and claims there was something wrong with the fixture - which I have never had a problem with until she cleaned it. I did not contact her after bulb #2 fell because the damage was manageable. Just because damage does not become apparent immediately does not exclude a business from responsibility. Also, NOT TRUE that she told me she thought there was something wrong with the fixture. What she DID show me was that she could not get one bulb back on which I was OK with. Again, just because damages are not immediately clear, does NOT exempt a company from taking responsibility for said damages. Ivanna has been the only person to touch the fixture except for the day it was installed. Coincidence? I think NOT. read more

I had Ivanna Enterpeise out today for a deep cleaning right before the holidays. After initial inquiry, the communication was fast and pleasant - able to book a week later at a time that worked for me. The work done by the 2 ladies was fantastic! I have 2 teenagers who leave their rooms partially clean, and the women cleaned under their beds and even made and organized their beds as well! I hired Ivanna as eviews were good. However our experience was bit different. The pricing from Ivanna was bit disappointing . Ivanna quoted $180 -$210 for deep cleaning, documenting as $35 per hour for two people. however she went on to charge $70/ per hour on the day of cleaning for two people. We had to pay her cash as She billed $210 for 3 hours 30 minutes. Ivanna claimed later that her communication was not correct . Just a tip to the future yelpers who want to hire Ivanna -just get the pricing correctly from her ; otherwise most likely you gonna be disappointed . Message from Ivanna: Let me clarify the pricing to avoid any misunderstandings. In fact, the $35/hour rate is the cost per cleaner. We understand that this may not have been communicated clearly enough, and we sincerely apologize for that. read more

I made my bid on line for a cleaning and was given rates and terms. then came the texts and emails telling me that their people would be in contact with me soon as possible. this went on all day and partially into the next day. i waited and texted them every 1hr to 2 hrs and got the same message . sorry for the delay we will contact you soon as possible etc. called on 2nd day and got a person on line whose phone was garbled and had constant wind noise thru the speaker. The speaker seemed confused about who I was and repeated ( haltingly) you need cleaning service? . I think a dedicated person to set up appointments would have helped in this instance. read more
