I do not recommend using Squeaky Clean by Shelly Bean for a deep cleaning before selling a house. Shelly gave a quote for the work to be done in 2.5 hours but once the women came and we're very slow, then Shelly kept upping the amount of time (and price) to 4 hours. The only work needing to be done was 1 bathroom, the kitchen (cabinets, floor, counters, fridge, and stove), 1 room to be vacuumed, and the walls to be wiped down. The house had no furniture in it to be cleaned and they were told NOT to clean the hardwood floors nor to do the windows which they ended up doing against my instructions and that cost me an extra $120! Ridiculous! The kitchen cabinets near the stove still had grease on them. Streaks were left on the stainless steel fridge. There were stains left on the walls from the cleaner they used. I ended up having to take the rest of the day off from work so I could spend 5 hours cleaning after they left. Maybe these ladies do a better job with weekly house cleanings but for deep move in or move out cleanings, I do NOT recommend them! Wow, I've used other professional cleaning services in the past, but Squeaky Clean By Shelly Bean is by far the best service I've used so far! Pricing was upfront and honest. Scheduling was quick and easy. Communication throughout was great. I used their service for a move out cleaning and everything went smoothly. I was very clear with Tod about what I needed and he said he understood and could accommodate. I explained that we had recently had a complete home remodel finished. We needed the new vinyl plank flooring, which makes up 90% of the house, thoroughly cleaned. We also needed everything dusted and the windows cleaned. 4 hours and $480 later the floors looked the same and the windows weren't even cleaned. I was told that I would have to hire someone to come in and buff the floors to get the drywall dust of since the swiffer wet pads the provided the cleaning crew couldn't do it. No Tod, you just needed to provide your cleaning crew with a mop and bucket, as my husband and I have them to get the job done and the floors are now clean. It took a little elbow grease but it worked. As we did not require the bathrooms or kitchen to be cleaned, I still can't wrap my head around what we paid $480 for. read more

We recently hired Squeaky Clean by Shelly Bean for a deep cleaning service before moving into our new home. Unfortunately, the results were extremely disappointing. Despite paying a significant amount for the service, our house was left dirty and dusty. The cleaners' lack of attention to detail was evident, and even during the walk-through, we witnessed a comical incident where the cleaner's finger was covered in dust. I would not recommend this company and suggest looking for an alternative cleaning company. Feel free to look at the attached pictures. The crew came to my house today when I was at work, and I just got home. HOLY COW! These ladies went above and beyond! I keep walking from room to room, in amazement. I honestly feel like I'm walking through a model home. Aside from everything shining, they even organized, and put away a few things (I had tossed some clean sheets on a bed and not made it, BOOM, the bed was made... for example) I was worried for a minute, as the owner and I had talked on the phone a few times last week, and he fully explained the hourly costs to me. I thought, for sure they had been here at least 3 hours. Nope. And hour and 50 minutes. He even took off ten minutes of that to allow time for them to get set up. The two cleaning ladies that he sent to the property were prompt, on time, and came with all the necessary cleaning supplies in their vehicle. One of the friendly ladies spent 4 hours deep cleaning the kitchen appliances, counters, sink, cabinets, flooring. The other cleaning lady spent the four hours cleaning the two bathrooms and the three bedrooms. They even worked on other areas that need extra attention. I would highly recommend SCBSB for cleaning. I am giving one star because you cannot give no stars and I want to review this company . Originally I spoke with Shelly to get an estimate and she told me her brother does the estimating. She told me they charge $85 an hour and I found that hard to believe. The owner Todd just called me to say that he heard I was taken aback by that price . I assured him that I was very taken aback! He told me that he is insured and bonded and makes very little money. He then went on to say that I must not care whom I let in my home if I would go with anyone else but a bonded company . I'm not a Yelpper and I never post bad reviews BUT This needed to be said! I found this company on Home Advisors,they had great reviews so I thought I would give them a try. My house is not dirty and its a town home. I was told as first time customer it was 2 ladies and an hourly rate of $42.50 per lady. I said I can't do more than 1- 1/2 hours. 3 ladies show up and I was charged for all of them! They were there for exactly 1 hour and 20 mins I was charged $170.00. My husband was really mad and called ,Todd the owner told him that the 3rd lady was scheduled for another job but came along and came in to help. I never approved this 3rd person.I didn't think I would be charged either. The job they did was just OK! Nothing extraordinary! Get a written estimate from these people cause as a first time customer they will take advantage of you! Plus they offer $10.00 off your first visit and the lady said she didn't know and I had to pay the whole amount. Really??? read more

They did a great job cleaning considering they only had two hours to clean. Very fast. Almost more done than another company with twice as many people and hours. Also, they were very kind when I came back to the house. There still was lots of dust under dresser, bed, and on fans, as well as caked on food on kitchen floor and unclean cabinets. This wasn't the issue for me. The issue is that when I talked with the owner, wanting them to work only two hours, she said it may not be exactly two hours. I said, how do I know how much to pay, since I don't know how long they'll work. We came up with the solution of me coming home from work during my lunch break to find out how long they worked and pay then. Another call to confirm appointment, he said the same thing -- saying they won't drop there dusters/dustpans in the middle of cleaning at 2 hours. I requested 30 min notification before completing. The notified 25 minutes, but apparently, they finished 20 minutes after contact and when I arrived, told me their bosses told them to stop exactly at 2 hours. So, they waited on the front porch, instead of cleaning until I returned and charged me for waiting. It would've been fine if the owners just told me in the first place that I can leave a check because they will stop at exactly 2 hours. Or, It would've been fine also if they worked the extra minutes and I paid them for working, instead of waiting. The miscommunication cost me an hour of driving from work and an extra $22 which could've gone towards getting the extra cleaning done that wasn't. read more

I contacted Squeaky Clean about a move-out cleaning. They were very responsive, even when I delayed in calling back to schedule service. When I did finally get back to them, they managed to fit me in the very next day. They charged a flat rate per person, per hour for a move-out cleaning. They were punctual, did a fantastic job, and even have us considering a weekly upkeep service until we're able to sell our house. We have two dogs, four kids, and not enough time. I was pretty happy with the fact that Shelly responded to me on Sunday. Since I was not able to be at the property, and she doesn't know how dirty the property is, we agree to do 4 people hours of cleaning for $170. The day that cleaning got done, I got a voicemail (which I still have) saying that "they (the cleaning crews) were able to...everything cleaned" except some things in the refrigerator. I was please to hear the result, until I saw the property. Some of the ducts were still filled with dust, and the bathtub wall was still dirty. The side of the oven was dirty also. I called but was not able to go anywhere. I found Shelly to be a very professional person, but not her partner. I think Shelly should be the only one who should be on the phone, if growing the business is important. It looks like I'm not the only one who feels that way. read more

After the holidays, they were no longer with the Company, but the new team has done a very good job as well. They are extremely responsive when I haven't been satisfied with something.
