Casa Nissan Services Highly Recommended!!! We were on a road trip, and 2 hours away from El Paso we…read morenoticed there was an issue with the front driver's wheel hub. We stopped by an auto repair shop 1.5 hours away from EP & was told we needed to stay overnight to get the part and to have it replaced. We figured the best thing to do was go to EP for a Nissan Dealer Service. We called one other Nissan dealer in EP and was told the same and, "You'd be extremely lucky if you could get the part today." Well, we called Casa Nissan and was told that they'd see what they could do. Paul returned my call in minutes and took down my car info. He stated they would get the part & express service our vehicle so we could be back on the road to our destination. We arrived an hour later, and they had a stall already reserved. My family and I got to rest and eat after 8 hours of non-stop driving. After a couple of hours, the problem was fixed! Casa Nissan was extremely professional and transparent about the work & cost. They were very busy today, and I appreciated that they took our situation into consideration. (We are a family traveling with 3 small kids.) They made sure we were taken care of and that we make it safely. Thank you, Casa Nissan.

More like "home of the SCAM guys"…read more Tell you a ton of lies when closing so make sure you look through every one single of those documents they tell you to sign. If i could give no stars or sue these guys i would. Most of the reps will try to scam you and add every type of thing in there to get the most commission telling you its something else. Go to Charlie clark they have a bigger lot and better deals. Never buying here again sucks my mom actually recommended me here as she has and still is a loyal costumer to them. I keep telling her to not go there but its not my ultimate decision.

The good and the bad. Went to the dealership on a Saturday to test drive a 100k plus vehicle. The…read moresalesman showed me the car and started it up for me. I asked for a test drive, but he was hesitant. However, his sales manager agreed to take me out and after chatting a bit, he assessed that I was not there just for a joy ride and allowed me to test drive the car. And to be fair, I don't look like I can afford much more than a Corolla. We then talked numbers and specifically APR and he told me with a credit rating in the 800s (me) an APR of 5.5 to 6 percent would be possible. I agreed and told him I would return on Monday. I did so with a cashier's check for 80k for the finance guy. That guy was not very transparent and when pressed, finally revealed a 7.74 APR. It was deceitful and not a good look for Casa Ford, but I went ahead with it since I knew I could refinance the difference for much less. My credit union however, advised me that they could not refinance the balance until the car was properly registered. Approximately 30 days later I could still not get Casa Ford to register my car after several calls. Since I don't live in El Paso, I finally became so frustrated that I drove to the dealership and spoke to them in person. To their credit, they made some calls to their Las Cruces affiliate and got someone there named Sam to get my registration and tags done that day. Although Sam did not say anything untoward, I could tell he was not a happy camper. Presumably because he had been told to complete a process that had been sitting for some time. My takeaway is that Casa Ford has some good people, but it also has some duplicitous people. And although my business in the grand scheme of things means little, I will not be buying my F-150 there later this year. I will instead look elsewhere even if it is more logistically troublesome. I neither recommend, nor discourage anyone from their own experience with this dealership. This was my first experience with Casa Ford, but regrettably also my last.

They will bend over backwards to get you financed if at all possible. There was nothing I asked for or issue I needed work with that I was told "No". Maybe wait or let me see how I can make that work ... but never No. I'm told they sell 50 cars a month, and many of the personnel have experience from several of the larger corporate dealerships in town. And a certified mechanic on duty. They know what they are doing. The know the types of cars El Pasoans want and need with our environment. In the end due to surprise circumstances I didn't get the car I was looking at but I highly recommend anyone looking on a budget for a used car give West Star Auto Group a shot. Used car lots can make you feel like they are trying to "get to you" sometimes. But Frank left me feeling like someone who had my interests and needs at the forefront, with no tricks or rug pulling some places can exhibit.
