The job was completed on time and actually came in a little bit below the estimate. All of the employees were friendly. The work has held up so far. What I DISLIKE is that they left various materials and supplies in my yard for over a month after completing the job. Ladders, piles of lumber and pallets of miscellaneous material took over my yard for almost 6 weeks. I called after a week to ask if they were taking it back and was told someone would be there the following week... they never came. It took several more weeks (and phone calls) to get them to retrieve it. read more

There has to be something said for first impressions and Best did not nail it. Peter Ferris came to my house for a deck estimate and was shroud and unfriendly. I had to ask when the estimate would be prepared and ask how long the job would take as that simple information was not provided by Peter. I received very little information from him and his assessment was short with extremely little dialogue. The estimate, if I ever receive one, could be free and this company would never be invited back to my home. read more

Well, Peter from Best Enterprises came over to do a rather large estimate. On house work. He was very attentive and answered all of my questions. Well that's the good part. The bad part is, 10 days later, we're done hounding them for our quote. Nothing but excuses from their office and they just don't return calls. Incredible! That sums up our experience with Best Enterprises. We were planning on doing some big renovations in the future and Peter had come out a few times to go over the specifics. Out of nowhere we had a flood in the kitchen and had to pull up all of our floors. We called Peter and decided to just get moving on all of the renovations now that we needed new floors. Knowing that we were in a predicament the guys got started in less than a week! We ended up doing a ton of work. All of our floors, moldings, painting the entire first floor, updating the front of our house with a new portico and garage conversion. We truly couldn't be happier with the work. Chimmy and his crew were incredible. So much attention to detail and pride in the work. Not only that, but everyone was extremely nice and a pleasure to have around for 6 weeks during the process. My wife and I joked that whatever suggestion we made or anything we asked for was always responded to with "not a problem". Not only did we get everything we expected but we got so much more that we weren't expecting. Little things like fixing an old sagging door or some cracked siding. The list is endless of little things that Best Enterprises just did because they were there and already doing the job. We'll be using Best Enterprises for all of our work in the future and really couldn't recommend them enough! read more

We hired BEST GC recently do renovate the entire main level of our home along with pavers, portico and garage door on the outside. They did an AMAZING job. We cannot say enough positive things about Pete and his crew. From start to finish the entire staff was extremely helpful, responsive and knowledgeable about everything we wanted to do.
