When we were walking past the men while going in to the adjoining showroom, one man looked up and said hello. It is rather strange how not one of them got up and asked if we needed help. We have a nice size project that we will be using an other company to install. The manager/owners should be aware of their employees disregard to potential customers, and the probability of losing sales because of their lack of customer service.

He also makes commitments to provide more proposals for additional work outside of the decking profession and then falls short because he says his time is very limited. Or possibly it's not enough money involved to interest him. Once he's made the sale and collected his money, he has no regard for any of his customers concerns and actually becomes very arrogant and defensive. I would give 4 stars for quality of work but 3 stars for his company overall.

Kevin was stellar from start to finish and our new deck looks great. Service--Kevin was always available and quick to communicate via text or email. He made us feel like we were his only customer and I imagine he provides this level of service to every client. Furthermore, the crew that came for the demolition/deck build was gracious and communicative. They cared for our yard and made sure everything looked spic and span when they left. Quality--The deck looks great and the Trex is a great improvement upon our rotting wood deck. Kevin showed us many options and finishes. We were thankful that he never pushed more expensive items on us. The sales process was never pushy. Timing--We wanted the deck done quickly and the whole process was done within two weeks including the initial consultation, picking materials, visiting the showroom, and construction. He provided previous customer contact numbers so I could reach out and receive first-hand feedback from them. In doing so, every single one of them commented on how professional Pascual was and the quality of his work. Some of them even sent pictures. My back stairs and landing took less than two days to complete. Watching him and his team work, it's clear they take pride in it. When demolishing the old stairs, he uncovered some poor craftsmanship and made sure to call it out and rectify it before covering it up again. Would gladly work with Pascual and his team again.

We also have some gaps in spaces where animals set up homes... we are experts, Jeff and co. should have warned us about this. Even if it meant spending a bit extra.

Excellent Quality, Fair Priced, Great Communication and Problem Solving…read moreI wanted to renovate my daughter's bathroom but keep the existing vanity, toilet and tub/shower. The existing bathroom walls were water damaged with chair rail and bead board running halfway up the sides. They walls needed to be primed, plastered and painted after the chair rail and bead board were removed, a piece added to fill the gap where the vanity did not flushly meet the wall and new bullnose tiles installed where the shower/tub met the wall. Also there was a second door from the hallway into the bathroom that I wanted removed. It was sheet rocked inside the bathroom and the hall wall side matched to the elaborate molding that ran along the bottom half. The guys had to build the molding from scratch because it is no longer manufactured..The finished hallway wall looks as though it has always been there,!!! And the bathroom itself, looks roomier, bright and fresh without the chair rail and beadboard. The guys came to work promptly every morning, cleaned up every night before they left, used drop cloths and plastic sheets to protect the rest of the house. They consulted me every step of the way as they built new molding from scratch, planned out how to fill the gap and checking to make sure I was happy with the result- WHICH I WAS. Frank and Justin, the project managers, were extremely responsive to my concerns and the two on site guys were GREAT. I whole heartedly recommend Prestige for any construction project, small or big , you might be considering.
