I obviously go to this tractor supply quite a few times a year. This is my location for getting…read morepropane. There have been countless times I've encountered when I go to get propane. They always give me an excuse that the machine is not working. It almost seems like the McDonald's ice cream machine excuse. today I went at 5:25 and one of the lot attendants came up and said machine wasn't working after telling me that somebody would be there to help me. They were all busy working out there on the lot doing something so I kind of got the feeling that because they weee busy and it was close to the time they shut down propane at 6 PM that they just went ahead and told me it didn't work so they wouldn't have to hassle with it. So, I know machines malfunction, things happen, I'm in a business as well. I completely understand, but it just happens too many times at this tractor supply conveniently.

He just scribbled a part number on the back of it for us to take to Napa). We had a few different part numbers we asked about, but after looking up one part number he stopped and told us that he didn't have it and that we should go to go to Napa Auto Parts. I was furious and had to go outside to wait for my husband to finish trying to get him to look up the other numbers (which he did not do). Besides the parts we needed, we were also interested in purchasing a backhoe, but after dealing with the attitude of the parts guy I guarantee that we will NEVER step foot in that place again!

Smooth process, only suggestion would be to require vehicles be topped off. I understand the process of return at level u got it, but would rather start on full then worry about gas before I load up. Other than that, best U-Haul experience yet- Thank-You !!! Love the store itself!!!

I am glad we stopped in! They had a fantastic selection of plants along with a wide variety of needs like soils, grow lights, pots and more. The prices were great as well, both my mother and I ended up buying several plants and my mom even had a few planted in store as they had a deal where if you bought a plant & a pot, they would repot the plant into the pot for you. They also sold Koi fish in different sizes for anyone looking to start a pond in their yard. We live up in Phoenix, but this store would be worth the drive to go down and visit to pick up some more plants when we are looking for them. Our plants made it back on the trip perfectly fine & they still look fantastic. I can't wait to see their growth, and I will be trying out an indoor plant fertilizer I bought at Ecogro to help some of my other indoor plants flourish as well. If you are a plant lover, I highly recommend checking this spot out.

We purchased a trailer here. Within a few months, we were having issues with the pump motor. We…read morecalled and asked about taking a look at the issue. They asked for photos of the model number of the engine. When we didn't hear back, we requested a follow-up on the engine. When we did get a call back, they proceeded to say we must have damaged the motor in some way and they would not provide a warranty. When asked if they could send someone out to look at the motor to make that determination, they declined and stated they don't have anyone that does that at their shop. So, we found a certified Honda motor repair shop and discovered it was a minor issue with the new motor. Normally, we would have just gone on our way and not bothered to write a review, summing it up as poor business practices. But, we noticed one of the four new tires went bald right away. We found there is an issue with one of the brakes locking up on the trailer, causing one tire to bald quickly. We are taking that to another local trailer shop to make the repairs. This business fabricates trailers but has the inability to service them, and the warranty provided with them is worth less than the paper it's written on. (Note: There were numerous other issues with leaking valves that they did come out twice to replace parts.) We luckily have the financial resources and connections locally to get things fixed. I'm writing this review for contractors or anyone who may be on a budget and cannot afford to deal with a business like this. I believe this business was ran well at one time, we were referred by another contractor that did business with them years ago. From reading another recent review from another customer, I believe perfectly illustrates the undesirable experience.
