We rented a U-Haul Truck from this location and it was the easiest & most professional operation we have dealt with yet (our drop-off in Phoenix was also smooth). We arrived at 10am, checked-in at U-Haul counter, nice, friendly & informative. We went over the paperwork to be sure we knew the process. Our Truck was waiting & ready when we walked outside with the a/c on (thank-you) - did a walk around (brand new vehicle) less than 300 miles. Smooth process, only suggestion would be to require vehicles be topped off. I understand the process of return at level u got it, but would rather start on full then worry about gas before I load up. I am amazed by the grooming service provided! I called and made an appointment for the same week (which with my old groomer wasn't an option and was always far out). I brought my puppy in and they whisked her away. They let me know i'd would be a bit longer since it was her first time there and I was not worried. Her groom took about 3 hours which was a great time. When i picked her up, I was amazed by how she looked! The grooming was done amazingly and they even added little bows and a bandana. We have been in Tucson for 2.5 years, this is the only place I would ever trust to watch my beautiful girl, lola. They are amazing with my dog, they take excellent care of her, and have always made room for her, even at the drop of a hat! We have been taking our 3-pack of dogs to old town grooming since we moved here almost 3 years ago. We love that each and every groomer takes meticulous safety measures and treats our pups like they are their own. Since Covid they are even more careful with safety. I always felt very comfortable and safe while picking up and dropping off. They noticed a change in one of our babies and suggested we get it checked out and we were able to avert a larger medical problem. We have even boarded our 3 for a few days- they were happy, and did so well. The cost is very reasonable as well...I would definitely recommend them for grooming or any pet needs- they have a store full of whatever you need! We called and asked about some chicks and she quickly responded with a very condescending voice you can't get those and you can't find them. I called yesterday for an appointment and they basically said they didn't want to work with my dog because he's difficult. I know he is sensitive about his feet but multiple groomers have worked with him and noted that he has special needs but only OTH has turned us away. No problem. Your paycheck not mine. I've been buying my hay and feed here for over a decade, and the hay is always of good quality. I but other supplies here, too, as I need them, other feed, chicken feed, chicks, tack, pallets. They have it all. Service is good and the staff are knowledgeable. Owners are always available. Delivery is always prompt and they rearrange my bales for me so I'm feeding the old first. For the first time I tried the groomer, basically dropped of my dog and made them keep him half a day while he waited for his appointment.
