There was nobody in line and I asked if they could count them. The teller asked for a supervisor. The supervisor suggested they use the coin machine because it isn't working for dimes only. I took my roll of dimes home, probably too hard to count a roll of dimes. My $21.50 in coin was deposited and my dimes are still in the roll. I just think the lack of effort is sad and they're a credit union for goodness sakes!! 3 hours later: the supervisor called me and explained the teller is new and their coin machine is working now.
