Best Friend is my go-to salon. I like to get my nail done but relax at the same time. For pedicure, Nancy is the girl. She gives really good massage. For my builder-gel manicure, Trish is the one. I am picky with my shape, real nail length, and thickness, Trish is very patience with me. Today I stopped by but Trish was not there, and Tram did my nail. She is also awesome. Trish and Tram really spend the time to make everything perfect. I promise you won't feel like being rushed out the door if you go with Trish, Nancy and Tram. They are the best. Here is my set for upcoming vacation. Tram def nailed it!!

Adorable nail salon! This nail salon is soooo clean and cute! I absolutely love the decor and ambiance. It's very clean, bright and new. Everything is new in this salon. The chairs for pedicures are comfortable and brand parking new. The massagers work too. It smells good in this salon. Staff are all nice and friendly. I enjoyed my pedicure. I did the tropical breeze pedicure package, that included callus removal. I also paid an upgrade for the gel nail polish. It's worth it because the polish lasts. My pedicure was great.

I was looking forward to my next appointment when today one of my tips I got on vacation was raising. My nails had grown out long enough to do the Builder Gel this time. I really love them. Five stars is just not enough for this nail spa. Julie was so great and did my nails with so much precision and care. She fixed my acrylics that were done poorly by a previous nail salon and gave me beautiful French tips. The place is wonderfully maintained and very luxurious and I felt very comfortable and satisfied with my service. The vibe in there is so good and my fill was inexpensive (only 63$!! ^_^) I can't wait to come back

I got a gelx set done by Trish, and she went above and beyond to make sure that my set came out exactly how I envisioned it! I really appreciate how meticulously she was in making sure my cuticles were cleaned and that my hangnails were removed. Another plus was they had the final World Cup match on tv! NEVER coming back here again! So damn rude! Tried to take my son's phone away, reached over to grab it from him, instead of addressing whatever issue to me. The lady who did my nails was incredibly rough and cut me and was rude about the color I wanted. Asked waaayyyyy too many questions about where I live and where I was going after. Like literally asking "north? South?" And was VERY pushy about trying to get me to get the more expensive packages. read more

I've been going here since they opened, the prices went up at some point, and they're nothing special but wasn't horrible. The customer service was always lacking but the job was getting done until it wasn't. One of the nail technicians messed up my pedicure so bad, I contacted the manager, she said come in for another one. I went in, there was another lady who said, we're only doing cuticles and polish. I said okay. And she goes, only pay $15 today, that's it. and I go, I thought it was a do over. Like a free pedicure for messing up in the first place? And she gave me such a dirty look and left. And eventually when I was done, she came and told me my pedicure was free. I tipped the lady still. But the manager whatever lady made me feel so bad and stupid, the way she was looking at me and talking to me. So I won't go back again. I brought so many of my friends and coworkers, will tell them not to come anymore. read more

UPDATE: On 2/1, I received a phone call regarding my original complaint. I explained that we were not happy with the service or the quality of work done on my daughter's nails, as shown in the photo. They asked that we return to have them redone. I let them know we were only in the area at the time and live about 35 minutes away. I also shared that I had already taken my daughter elsewhere to have her nails fixed and had mine removed due to excessive Gel-X glue left under my nails. During the call, the employee asked me to remove my review and offered a complimentary service. I respectfully declined and explained that I'm willing to pay for quality work done with care and attention . I just expect it to be done properly the first time. In response to the owner posting inaccurate pricing and claiming that my 7-year-old received both a manicure and pedicure is simply not true. We never received a pedicure. I'm disappointed by the false statements and the way this has been handled. ................. The nail technicians were very nice, but overall I was disappointed. I had an appointment for 4 people, including two kids (ages 12 and 7). The prices were way too high for very basic services. A short set of Gel-X nails was $78, my 7-year-old was charged $37 for a single color, and an acrylic fill with a French tip was $88. After I left, I checked their prices online and what I was charged did not match what is listed. The quality also didn't match the price. My teen's nails were bumpy and some were still sticky, like they weren't finished properly. They were quick to take payment but didn't ask if we were happy with the nails. We also weren't offered water or anything during our visit. Between the pricing, quality, and service, I won't be going back. read more

I go to Denny every few weeks for my acrylics fill. I've been going to him for a couple of years now and he is the only one I will go to for my hands! He can do any design, has tons of color choices, chrome powders, etc, and he's efficient. People are always complimenting me on my nails and asking me which salon I go to! I don't get pedicures as often but so far Kim has been my favorite. read more

I've always struggled with acne (my hormones seem to believe I'm 16) and have developed a bit of scarring and discoloration over the years. This is something I'm a bit self conscious about, so I did a bit of research and stumbled upon Skin Solutions. I've been seeing Erin once a month for three months now, receiving both a chemical peel and the microdermabrasion facial. During each treatment she's gone above and beyond to help lighten the scarring, and has also provided a ton of education in order to prevent the breakouts. The first treatment I received was the glycolic peel. This peel is more abrasive than your traditional skincare. Following the treatment you shed your top layer of skin for several days. This process turns you into a bit of a reptile, so I definitely suggest scheduling a peel on a weekend when you're able to grab a bottle of wine, order UberEats, and hibernate. Since your new layer of skin is fresh and unprotected, it's also best to stay out of the sun to prevent sun damage. This process was pain free and I was ecstatic with the smoothness and the color correction of my new layer of skin! I never want a facial to be fully relaxing, instead I prefer an esthetician that pokes and prods until all the gunk is removed from my pores. Erin does a great job of balancing pain and pleasure during your session, and leaves both my skin and mind feeling cleansed. While It hasn't been a drastic overnight change, I'm aware that the skin journey takes time, money, and effort - and I'm so glad to have Erin's expertise! The price was ok but with how much hair I had left over, I would have been better off doing a wax strip at home instead of paying for sugaring. I felt like the supplies did not look as sanitary as I expected either. The room was a little dusty, the sheet did not smell fresh, and the towels were a dingy white. If you need a quick fix, this is the place to go. If you're looking for a quality service that lasts longer, this probably won't be what you're looking for.
