Julie made This place really welcoming and they have perfected making you feel comfortable and well taken care of. This was my first ever experience getting a pedicure and the time made me feel at peace. My feet will never forget the relief, thank you with all my gratitude. I will definitely be returning and recommending to others I know . My favorite part was the hot stone message, what amazing relief to the soul and the feet . Adorable nail salon! This nail salon is soooo clean and cute! I absolutely love the decor and ambiance. It's very clean, bright and new. Everything is new in this salon. The chairs for pedicures are comfortable and brand parking new. The massagers work too. It smells good in this salon. Staff are all nice and friendly. I enjoyed my pedicure. I did the tropical breeze pedicure package, that included callus removal. I also paid an upgrade for the gel nail polish. It's worth it because the polish lasts. My pedicure was great.

UPDATE: On 2/1, I received a phone call regarding my original complaint. I explained that we were not happy with the service or the quality of work done on my daughter's nails, as shown in the photo. They asked that we return to have them redone. I let them know we were only in the area at the time and live about 35 minutes away. I also shared that I had already taken my daughter elsewhere to have her nails fixed and had mine removed due to excessive Gel-X glue left under my nails. During the call, the employee asked me to remove my review and offered a complimentary service. I respectfully declined and explained that I'm willing to pay for quality work done with care and attention . I just expect it to be done properly the first time. In response to the owner posting inaccurate pricing and claiming that my 7-year-old received both a manicure and pedicure is simply not true. We never received a pedicure. I'm disappointed by the false statements and the way this has been handled. ................. The nail technicians were very nice, but overall I was disappointed. I had an appointment for 4 people, including two kids (ages 12 and 7). The prices were way too high for very basic services. A short set of Gel-X nails was $78, my 7-year-old was charged $37 for a single color, and an acrylic fill with a French tip was $88. After I left, I checked their prices online and what I was charged did not match what is listed. The quality also didn't match the price. My teen's nails were bumpy and some were still sticky, like they weren't finished properly. They were quick to take payment but didn't ask if we were happy with the nails. We also weren't offered water or anything during our visit. Between the pricing, quality, and service, I won't be going back.

This salon is great! I've been going here for the past few months and Denny does an amazing job every time. He works quickly, pays attention to detail, and always gives me exactly what I ask for. Whether I bring him a photo or have a specific idea in mind, my nails consistently turn out beautiful. I've never been disappointed with his work, and I always get compliments on my nails.

My nails were very short so she suggested a fill to help them grow. She is very detailed oriented and took her time which was nice. I had lots of questions and she is very informative. I was looking forward to my next appointment when today one of my tips I got on vacation was raising. My nails had grown out long enough to do the Builder Gel this time. I really love them. This place has a really classy feel. I'm really happy I found this place and Peony! Looking forward to trying other services. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

Five stars is just not enough for this nail spa. Julie was so great and did my nails with so much precision and care. She fixed my acrylics that were done poorly by a previous nail salon and gave me beautiful French tips. The place is wonderfully maintained and very luxurious and I felt very comfortable and satisfied with my service. The vibe in there is so good and my fill was inexpensive (only 63$!! ^_^) I can't wait to come back

I go to Denny every few weeks for my acrylics fill. I've been going to him for a couple of years now and he is the only one I will go to for my hands! He can do any design, has tons of color choices, chrome powders, etc, and he's efficient. People are always complimenting me on my nails and asking me which salon I go to! Horrible customer service!!! The receptionist with the long black hair is so rude. She had an attitude from the moment I stepped in even towards other people I told her I wanted a gel manicure and gel pedicure and she forgot about it and lady that came after me she got attended both hands and feet while I sat there the whole time to try to get a hold of someone then she proceeded to still continue to have attitude when I was paying. We'll never step foot back in there. Someone should speak to her about her management skills. read more
