I got a gelx set done by Trish, and she went above and beyond to make sure that my set came out exactly how I envisioned it! I really appreciate how meticulously she was in making sure my cuticles were cleaned and that my hangnails were removed. Another plus was they had the final World Cup match on tv! Thank you so much for my beautiful nails, Trish!

Best Friend is my go-to salon. I like to get my nail done but relax at the same time. For pedicure, Nancy is the girl. She gives really good massage. For my builder-gel manicure, Trish is the one. I am picky with my shape, real nail length, and thickness, Trish is very patience with me. Today I stopped by but Trish was not there, and Tram did my nail. She is also awesome. Trish and Tram really spend the time to make everything perfect. I promise you won't feel like being rushed out the door if you go with Trish, Nancy and Tram. They are the best. Here is my set for upcoming vacation. Tram def nailed it!!

I had got a Gel-x manicure when I was on vacation. I never do my nails so didn't know a lot about Gel-x maintenance. I called Best Friends Nail Spa and got an appointment with Peony on April 17th. My nails were very short so she suggested a fill to help them grow. She is very detailed oriented and took her time which was nice. I had lots of questions and she is very informative. I was looking forward to my next appointment when today one of my tips I got on vacation was raising. My nails had grown out long enough to do the Builder Gel this time. I really love them. UPDATE: On 2/1, I received a phone call regarding my original complaint. I explained that we were not happy with the service or the quality of work done on my daughter's nails, as shown in the photo. They asked that we return to have them redone. I let them know we were only in the area at the time and live about 35 minutes away. I also shared that I had already taken my daughter elsewhere to have her nails fixed and had mine removed due to excessive Gel-X glue left under my nails. During the call, the employee asked me to remove my review and offered a complimentary service. I respectfully declined and explained that I'm willing to pay for quality work done with care and attention . I just expect it to be done properly the first time. In response to the owner posting inaccurate pricing and claiming that my 7-year-old received both a manicure and pedicure is simply not true. We never received a pedicure. I'm disappointed by the false statements and the way this has been handled. ................. The nail technicians were very nice, but overall I was disappointed. I had an appointment for 4 people, including two kids (ages 12 and 7). The prices were way too high for very basic services. A short set of Gel-X nails was $78, my 7-year-old was charged $37 for a single color, and an acrylic fill with a French tip was $88. After I left, I checked their prices online and what I was charged did not match what is listed. The quality also didn't match the price. My teen's nails were bumpy and some were still sticky, like they weren't finished properly. They were quick to take payment but didn't ask if we were happy with the nails. We also weren't offered water or anything during our visit. Between the pricing, quality, and service, I won't be going back.

This salon is so cute! I love that they have a nice photo-friendly backdrop. The salon is clean and the chairs are new. The chairs massagers work perfectly. My cousin and I love this nail spa. My pedicure was great! They were gentle and made my feet look better lol Pricing seems fair and in the ballpark for normal salons. I love my gel pedicure! I had Cindy do my very basic pedicure. I didn't want any bells and whistles. Easy right? Nope. Gel polish and chrome is really messy. I got the feeling she had never done chrome before she seemed puzzled on what to do. Here's the best part - I woke up at midnight to my big toe throbbing. The next morning it was red, swollen and starting to get infected. Unfortunately I have a trip planned where I will be doing a lot of walking. I'm soaking it and hoping it calms down. Will I ever go back? Nope! This place needs a deep cleaning and maybe better sterilization procedures. Side note- Julie did my full set and did a great job. I just can't get past the poor quality pedicure and how dangerous a toe infection can be. !!!Update- you contacted me ONCE! I told you it was not a good time to talk as I was away in the middle of a conference. When I left the salon my toe was not infected. You can leave whatever lies you want but the fact is that I walked in with no issues and within 24 hours I had such a bad infection that it was difficult to walk on my trip. Speaking with others it's not an uncommon thing. read more

NEVER coming back here again! So damn rude! Tried to take my son's phone away, reached over to grab it from him, instead of addressing whatever issue to me. The lady who did my nails was incredibly rough and cut me and was rude about the color I wanted. Asked waaayyyyy too many questions about where I live and where I was going after. Like literally asking "north? South?" And was VERY pushy about trying to get me to get the more expensive packages. read more

Five stars is just not enough for this nail spa. Julie was so great and did my nails with so much precision and care. She fixed my acrylics that were done poorly by a previous nail salon and gave me beautiful French tips. The place is wonderfully maintained and very luxurious and I felt very comfortable and satisfied with my service. The vibe in there is so good and my fill was inexpensive (only 63$!! ^_^) I can't wait to come back read more

I've been going here since they opened, the prices went up at some point, and they're nothing special but wasn't horrible. The customer service was always lacking but the job was getting done until it wasn't. One of the nail technicians messed up my pedicure so bad, I contacted the manager, she said come in for another one. I went in, there was another lady who said, we're only doing cuticles and polish. I said okay. And she goes, only pay $15 today, that's it. and I go, I thought it was a do over. Like a free pedicure for messing up in the first place? And she gave me such a dirty look and left. And eventually when I was done, she came and told me my pedicure was free. I tipped the lady still. But the manager whatever lady made me feel so bad and stupid, the way she was looking at me and talking to me. So I won't go back again. I brought so many of my friends and coworkers, will tell them not to come anymore. read more

Wow!! I absolutely love my nails. Julie did an incredible job, after I chose my color and told her I was heading to Hawaii, she took it to a whole new level! I go to Denny every few weeks for my acrylics fill. I've been going to him for a couple of years now and he is the only one I will go to for my hands! He can do any design, has tons of color choices, chrome powders, etc, and he's efficient. People are always complimenting me on my nails and asking me which salon I go to! Though I have experience doing manis, I never had the chance to get one done myself. My boyfriend and I came in on August 10th, over an hour before closing. I did not make an appointment; however, the man at the front desk was accommodating and was able to get us helped out. I got the #9 + gel polish pedi as well as a Gel X mani. The pedi outcome was okay, but my nails were uneven and the process was painful. The Gel X was horrible. There was excess paint run, and she was very obviously rushing through everything, with one nail being crooked. I also asked for an ombre french tip style nail but the nail tech only applied one coat of the same color. The main kicker was that I asked for a SINGLE nail art design on one finger, and my nail tech, Winnie, refused. The techs were already tired from a day's work and were not enthusiastic about doing their jobs. They were complaining in Viet when people with appointments came in 30 mins before closing. At the end, my boyfriend pointed out that these nails were not like the inspo, and I was denied service. The man at the front desk then invited us back the following day to get a free service to fix the nails. We came back the next day and it got so much worse. #1: He lied. He was going to charge us additionally for the nail art. #2: He was protecting Winnie's refusal of service by saying it was a miscommunication. I understand Vietnamese, and Winnie completely understood the service I was asking for and said NO. I doubt a grown woman at a nail salon doesn't understand when a client is asking for a design. #3: The man in the front also tried to play it off like I asked for a single coat of color when the reference photo shown was using two different colors. He said verbatim, "If you angle your fingers at the light it looks like the photo". Even if that was the case, the result fails to look like the photo. ?????????????? #4: The man KNEW he was in the wrong and offered last minute when we got up to left to do the free service. It was so unprofessional and so disheartening, especially as my first experience at a nail salon. I paid 125 in total (30 for pedi, 75 for mani). Please give your money to businesses with accountability and actually want to preform the service they provide, because this one isn't it.
