The courts are constantly closed without any notice. If it's not for pickleball "maintenance," it's for endless birthday parties. It's getting ridiculous--you show up ready to play during open gym hours, and the court is suddenly blocked off for a party that wasn't on the schedule. Other major issues: Filthy Floors: The court floors are rarely cleaned. They are incredibly dusty and slippery, which is a massive injury risk. For the price of a Life Time membership, the floors should be pristine. Wasted Space: There is plenty of empty flex space in this building, but management refuses to use it. They would rather kick basketball members off the court than use the other areas. Zero Maintenance: They'll spend money on pickleball instantly, but they won't fix the basketball hoops. We are left playing with "kid-sized" balls or cheap gear that belongs in a daycare, not a premium fitness club.

Instead of doing their jobs, they stand around talking to each other, completely ignoring the condition of the gym and the people paying to be there. There's zero accountability and no sense of professionalism. What makes it worse is how much this place has declined. It used to be open 24 hours and had a kid center--both gone. Those were the only things that made it worth dealing with, and now they've stripped those away without improving anything else. At this point, the only thing keeping this place afloat is the Zumba class, I don't know how they were able to get this talent, but he makes it bearable. And he has to work with faulty equipment, so OUTDATED and the stop working in the middle of a song. Everything else feels like it's falling apart. Management should seriously consider shutting this place down and starting over, because right now it's embarrassing. Denton location puts this place to shame.

Just came back and didn't see much difference other than the closed down basketball are which I'm fine with maybe there will be less lockers break ins. They added a new functional fitness area there. The restrooms are all screwed up the doors either are to close to the wall to close fully or they are to far from the wall to close so the doors never secure. The tile looks the same as before dirty. The lockers look better they have been fixed and updated. The building is extremely hot. The parents have no where to sit. The refs are kids who either call too much or nothing at all. The schedule is never published timely. The "house team" is all club level select players that will beat your team 30-0 and not care they are running up the score. The age groups are what ever team the owner can get to show up that day. Our kids are young rec players and we had to play club players 3-4 years older than our kids. Piss poor management. The owner is trying to create a cash cow badge program but has 0 sense on how to run a business. I have seen several kids go to his "club team" and over a few years have not developed at all. If you have extremely low expectations of value you will be let down by the experience of this place. Go to stampede as they have people working there that understand owning a business and developing youth soccer players.
