I had Visited this location on three different occasions and the front desk workers were not polite or welcoming. Their names were Mark and Issac. Isaac specifically did not help me when I came to the desk on three different occasions to ask for help with the wireless chargers. He did not even walk over to Help and I ended up having to figure out how to work the machine when he could've just walked over and Gave me a simple hand with the machine. Instead of walking over to me and helping he sat on his personal phone at the front desk. After figuring out how to work the machine on my own I walked over to the desk for a fourth time and let Isaac know how he can help the next person since I figured out the issue but while waiting to speak with him he pretended like he was on the work phone and just held it to his ear while I stood there waiting for him to be done with his "Phone call". Other than that the gym was flawless but the customer service was unfortunately terrible on three different occasions. I did not continue with this location because of the lack of help and unpleasant customer service I experienced. Other than that the gym was flawless

Didn't grow much though...There were rocks everywhere but I see they have cleaned up some. Bf cut his toe on one of the rocks during a game. The sand is not beach sand. It's construction sand...Sometimes it can get dirty with cigaret butts everywhere, empty beer bottles, dog poop, and random trash. I still have a couple of complaints: Their refs are not all on the same page. Some things are counted off and some are getting by with other refs. The blonde ref does not pay attention when she is working. She texts and drinks beer...not looking at the game. The bald ref counts EVERYTHING! if your hand is not completely together hitting a serve ball, you are done, son! he stops the game all the time and it gets annoying because we just want to play. We are not pros!!!! Another complaint is customer service: I ordered four burgers with my groupon. It took him 45 mins to bring them out. Ordered at 5:30pm, came out at 6:15pm. My game was at 6:15pm. I inhaled my burger in 30 seconds because I had a game. Instead of putting in my order when he was suppose to, he chose to eat his first before putting my orders in. Then forgot about it and came back out to ask me again. I told two different guys the same order three different times. I told him twice and once more to the guy in the back. The burgers were salty when they came out! I asked him about my order after 30 mins past. He told me it'll be ready when it's ready. That's really awesome customer service, guys....NOT!

Rebekah is the best, her classes are great (and she has the best playlists)! I haven't used the tennis, pickleball, basketball, or rock climbing wall so I can't speak on those but they look wonderful. The best thing about this place is how clean it is! The whole place is filled with staff members that are always cleaning and folding towels but are very helpful and polite if you have a question. The price tag isn't fun for anyone, but as long as you use the facilities and take classes (there is one for everyone!) it's totally worth it in my opinion.

Just came back and didn't see much difference other than the closed down basketball are which I'm fine with maybe there will be less lockers break ins. They added a new functional fitness area there. The restrooms are all screwed up the doors either are to close to the wall to close fully or they are to far from the wall to close so the doors never secure. The tile looks the same as before dirty. The lockers look better they have been fixed and updated. Most of not all the machines look in working order.hacent seen sauna before it was really nasty and dirty thet posted that it was suppose to get renewed with new wood hopefully they upgraded it. As usual the floors are dirty with hairball no one ever gear cleaning. LA FITNESS yall want to jack up prices? For what exactly? Closed the coppell gym for about 8 or 9 months and our membership is going up there smh. I will say its still better than Planet *crapness* Fitness but not worth a spike in dues. Also just noticed they took away some of the equipment and added stuff that was really not needed. Individual bicep, triceps, and leg curl machine are gone. We also got accused of sneaking people into the back gyms. We are 16, and despite the fact that people under 16 were in the back it doesn't mean that WE snuck them in. Rather than yelling at us, they should have sorted out the situation in a calm way. We have memberships to this place, and pay a lot of money just to get treated like this?? We tried to explain, but we were threatened to be kicked out if we didn't listen to them. Please fix this, and hire more reasonable people. There's no reason for that lady to risk a heart attack just because of the fact that some younger kids are in a gym. (Who are NOT associated with us)
