The instructors work very well with the students. My 3 yo has some anxiety around water. Instructors are able to give her extra attention to help her become more comfortable with the water. You can also tell that everyone has a lot of experience working with very young children. They take pride in what they do.

My 6-month-old at the time also took classes here and did very well. She really loves the water and she'll be back for more classes next semester. But the best part about this school is the staff. They've been so kind and accommodating making sure my children are comfortable and willing to participate on days when they've been nervous or upset. The staff and managers are professional and really care about your children and their safety which is so important when trusting someone with your kids' confidence in an important skill such as swimming. I would absolutely recommend this swim school to anyone and can't wait to see how much more progress my children will make.

They did not call to notify us she was injured. Instead she sat in pain until normal pick up time for us to get her. At pick up they placed her in the car and buckled her so I could not see her arm, but they assured me it was just a bump, "it's not broken or anything." When I got her out of the car her arm was obviously misshapen and I knew right away it was broken. We emailed the director several times asking only that they provide better training to their staff. None of our emails were answered. I would not trust these people with children's safety.

Just as my little one was finishing up the last of her lessons she had to exit the pool due to an accident by another child in the water. Gross but understandable. What is not understandable is what happened after. My daughter was having a private lesson that I had cashed in 4 of her already paid for makeup lessons. She got about 6 mins of the 1/2 hr lesson. I asked that they re-issue these makeups (since this wasn't our fault). I'm told that's not their policy. Then ok but I would then have to pay the new monthly fee for using my makeups since her enrollment was expiring and we were going to be traveling. You closed the pool during her lesson. Im not saying it's your fault, but it certainly isn't mine. I those were 4 paid for lessons. Swim isn't cheap. I have given this company thousandths of dollars over the years. Why would you make such a big deal out of this? The girls at the front desk and the asst manager all understood my point of view and were super nice as always. The manager however calls me and precede to talk down to me like I am an idiot. Please note this isn't the 1st time she's done this to me. I just took it with a grain of salt the first few times because I've heard her do this to multiple people while there. I'm explaining to her what happened because she had her facts all wrong and she begins yelling at me telling me that "I" have an attitude. What?? The audio was coming in through the car and my husband and I just looked at each other like what on earth? I couldn't get a word in edgewise from that point on and actually asked to speak to Pam (since she's sane and calmer) which only irritated her more. The level of unprofessionalism is off the charts with this woman. She needs therapy, not a job in charge of children. I will never come back nor recommend this place. Such a shame.

The society of senior citizens can be nice sometimes, but there's a small group( especially older ladies) who are rude and unwelcoming, making the gym feel more like a social battlefield than a place to exercise. Overall, the combination of strict rules, cleanliness issues, and unfriendly members makes this gym hard to recommend. There are better options nearby that value both safety and customer experience.

Sometimes the weight classes are so full that it is unsafe. Often times people enter the yoga classes late (even up to 20 minutes) after the class has started (and they are not quiet or considerate when they settle themselves in). Several of us have written comments, given suggestions and brought this to the management's attention for over a year but they don't seem to care.

The workout floor is amply stocked with machines and free weights, there are even sanitization wipe stations scattered throughout the floor to wipe down equipment after use. There are small combination lockers to store your keys, wallet, etc. while you workout, too. If you like this sort of thing, there are a variety of channels on simultaneously across several wall-mounted TVs and the tuned channels are labeled under the TV itself. You can use headphones (wired or wireless I believe) to tune to your preferred channel. I prefer to listen to music on my phone during a workout instead. The rest of the facilities are great, too! Small rooms for classes, childcare facility (hours vary, check the website), pool, chill zone (hangout place with air hockey, fooseball or table tennis, and video games), and when it's warm out, a mini water park outside! The locker rooms are large and have swimsuit spinners to de-wet them quickly. I love having an affordable membership here (for the whole family!) and love bringing my daughter to practice volleyball and basketball in the gym during open gym time.

I weight train and take the Alpha class(Vic is great). Gigi is encouraging and really listened to my concerns and goals. My husband does training with Manuel and has seen similar improvements. The pools and locker rooms are very clean. Dry sauna, chill pool, and hot tubs are available at this location. So sorry we waited so long to join.

We did not have a good experience with swimming fishies. We had been to 1 swim school before and 2…read moresince, and this one was by far the worst. It is all gimmicks and marketing. For 1 lesson they talked to her about scooping her hands for ice cream and tying a band around her legs and by the next lesson they thought it was time to throw her in and let her go at it. They claimed she was "swimming"....she was struggling, floundering with no technique, and gasping for air when she would come up. That is how they promise their kids learn to swim faster, their standard for "swimming" is actually nearly drowning to anyone else watching. The coaches were young, inexperienced, and would give attitude to the kids if they lost their patience with them. We signed up as soon as they opened and even then I never saw the owner in the water doing classes or training her coaches. My 4 year old daughter hated coming and would cry and plead that I never send her back. (I would too if I was drowing multiple times in class every week). It became too much for her to handle and too uncomfortable for me to sit by and watch so I notified the owner that I was giving my notice to cancel classes. She didn't respond for weeks and then had the audacity to use the date she read the email as the date of notice cancellation. I let her know the date was wrong and she never responded. I disputed the charge and got threated by her husband to be sent to collections. I sent them their own policy (which I had luckily pre-saved since they tried changing it), copy of my original email, and the correct calculation of when I should have been charged until. Never heard back and they didn't even try to send me to collections because they were in the wrong. We have since found a different swim school that is amazing. They don't use gimmicky swim devices, they are kind but firm, my kids love going, and the owner is in the water all day every day. My daughter has learned more in 2 weeks at her new swim school then she did in months at swimming fishies.
