Brittany is one of the best colorists I've ever encountered. She can create any color look you want and is always completely honest and transparent about what's achievable. The place is clean, has a great vibe, and the front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. My stylist, Karla, is the only person who can get my hair right. I have super thick hair that has a good amount of curl to it. Finding salons that want to work WITH my hair and not against it is not easy. Karla is also great at helping you out when you aren't sure what you want. I love coming in, telling her the vibe I'm going for, and she gives me exactly what I wanted without even knowing what I wanted!

I had called a few other salons in the area for an appt first and their manner on the phone was rude, layers wasnt. They were kind and accommodating. Every time I went to layers salon, I felt like I was visiting friends. I even brought my toddler with me a few times and even though he was a little rambunctious, everyone welcomed him with open arms. When I first started getting my hair done at Layers, I had a bob, then eventually decided on a pixie cut. My desires for my hair were always heard and cuts executed amazingly.
