I had them stain my Log Cabin for the second time as I was satisfied the first time it was done. The last time they missed many areas, did not return all furniture to the porch and did not replace screens. The owner, Elijay, came out and said it would be corrected. As I am not a permanent resident it came take time to see other issues. I called him out again about the none staining of the deck/porch and he stated he had employee issues and the person(s) who worked on my cabin were let go. He said the staining would be free but I had to pay $879 to pressure wash. I questioned that when I spoke with Amber in the office and then it went down to $700 and then she told me to speak with Elijay. I called several times and his voice mail was full, then on a Monday a week later I was able to leave a message and no reply. Talk is cheap, now the quality has diminished and they will not stand by the work of employees who do not do a quality job.
