NOT Best in the Smoker's World! Owner claims to have better prices than other shops, but prices are much higher. Always makes up reasons as to why he is "better than other shops" but that statement is far from the truth. He didn't seem to appreciate my business and it felt like he was more concerned about making money than satisfying the customer. I felt uncomfortable shopping here and disrespected as a paying customer. There are much better shops to go to, and I will NOT be shopping here again. read more

Garbage, EVERYTHING and i mean everything ive bought from this clown was sold to me defective or broken as is, only noticed after the fact, which is convenient for them, considering they have a no return policy. Today was the last straw, after feeling "stiffed" twice before because i was sold bunk products, i decided to give them one more chance. I bought something as simple as an atomizer for almost $30, i got home, the default coil didnt even work, i used the back up coil for all of 6hrs hours before it decided to crap out on me. Now im out $30 for a product that didn't even work properly out of the box! Im done, after this, the rig i was sold that already had a defective hole in the downstem and the V2 vaporizer he sold me that lasted 2 days, i cannot give this clown my business anymore. Ive wasted over $150 in defective products at this place. Also he talks so much crap about the guy down the street but ill tell you right now, ive bought cheap products from that guy that STILL work and were sold to me the way the were intended to work. Not recommended to ANYONE, you guys lost a loyal customer. For everyone else go to Galaxy Starship down the street or huskies tobacco! read more

Was told that I could get a refund on my purchase if it didn't work out. Lo and behold, it was the wrong fit for my piece but when I went to return it the owner gave me some bull about it being too late to return it. I physically could not have returned it any sooner and the piece was still unused. The owner was more than happy to take my $50 for the piece I purchased instead of doing the right thing and refunding my money for the unused piece as was promised. Poor integrity and character from the owner of this business. More concerned about making a quick buck than about long term relationships with customers and being a man of his word. I will be taking my business elsewhere and would highly recommend the same to others. Galaxy Starship is right down the road and they have better prices, a better selection, and actually stick to their word regarding their return policy. To the owner - you gained what.. $30 bucks on that purchase probably but you lost a customer for life. I hope that potential future customers will keep this in mind before doing business here. read more

Retail tobacco, cigars and roll your own, plus accesories. Hookahs, shisha, coals. Incense and novelties. Reasonable prices. Wacky owner, friendly staff. Does not feel ghetto and dirty like some of the smoke shops in toward the city. They just need a couch and coffee table so customers can vape and watch sports on the store tv. read more

This was my first visit of any kind to a smoke shop. The product I was looking for wasn't available in the area in which I live so I decided to make the journey of about an hour one way to visit smokers world. Prior to my leaving, I called and had spoken with a female employee who was very polite, friendly and informative. knowingly that I was a novice as far as purchasing or using any type of the products they sell, she guided me through with kindness and compassion. When I arrived at the shop I was very impressed the store was very clean and orderly. Again, I never have shopped in a store that sells this type of merchandise, so this sight put me at ease. I was greeted by what I found out later to be the owner of the store, he was extremely professional and listened attentively to my questions and concerns and then directed me to the product that I was interested in, then explained in detail about the product and it's origin. I made my purchases we shook hands and I made my journey back home. Upon using the product he was completely accurate and his description and the fact that I would have on me. I would recommend the store to anyone looking to get into the natural market of medicine. I will be making another journey for more purchases to smokers world in Sycamore Illinois. read more
