Didn't feel valued as a potential customer, I have burnt my last coil so bad because zero vape shops are selling my coils Uforce voopoo. The guy who answers the phone says he has a voopoo coil, just can't talk to me about it because he has a customer in store. People who rush to get a customer off the phone does not care for the value of that customer, and to be the potential to be a weekly customer on my end. the guy who answered the phone is stuck up, rude, and snobby. my opinion get better staff who actually know a thing about vapes if you are selling vapes in your store. I paid 26 for a vape that costs 21 down the street. The employee behind the counter gave me the wrong flavor. Opened it without realizing it was the wrong flavor and cannot exchange. Literally within an hour of purchase and not used but the vacuum seal was broken. So double check whatever they are handing you because the employee was clearly incompetent. For the record, I told him the flavor and pointed to it. Still hands me the wrong one. I didn't think I'd have to triple check before opening. Lost a customer for life.
