Purchased a $70 glass piece on 4/10 that broke the first day it was used. Called the store the next…read moreday (less than 24 hours) and was told they don't replace pieces. I said "so I'm pretty much just out 70 bucks?" and the response was "yeah." The guy that waited on me didn't even issue me a receipt (although I AM able to pull up the transaction on my banking app), I won't be back. You can't tell me that you run a business and from time to time there isn't a piece of faulty equipment. If it would have been $10-$20 I wouldn't give a shit, but $70 is a decent amount of money to expect quality glass. Disappointing to say the least.

For my past few visits here, I've been charged anywhere from $25-$45 for the exact same brand and product that I've been buying since I started going to variety smoke. I dont know what happened or why I was charged so much today but I hope it was worth the extra $18 they got because im not spending another dime there or going back ever again. Just be aware that if you go here, depending on what day it is, that theyre going to charge you whatever they want. Again, same product I've always got since I've stared going here, $25 my last two visits, $35 the two previous visits before that and $43 today..... Something ain't right here!

Not the first time I realize all the time the auto center has a long wait with mistakes. There…read moreusually no one at the counter to help. There is a wait even if you ring a curtsy bell. There is no leaving the counter to go to the shop to find a tech because of a lock door, no exit. Then first day there, all registers died, in the middle of my transaction. Second time next day no one was able to accept payment from a gift card but Joann from the customer service front desk. Joann was creative, cashed the gift card so I may pay cash and complete the transaction. To pick up vehicle was another wait at the front counter for a tech, when one arrived he said he had no cash and sent me to front customer service where Alex attempted to help. He was unable to transact an auto service at front took me back to auto center and when he was unable to complete transaction he called Coach Miguel which finally decided to take care of me by opening register drawer (had cash in it) refund the remaining and said he take care of paperwork later so I may leave store (took an hour to check out). Joann, Alex and Miguel were helpful however the system, tech training, organization stinks. I ll bypass Vista auto service and try OC
