This summer Jenny charged me an additional $1200 to put drainage in the patio which should've been done in the first place I have tried without success to contact Jenny to get this problem rectified however she has chosen not to answer my phone calls. Again, do not hire this company. She will not stand by her work and her work is shotty at best. Jenny and her company have taken advantage of a recently widowed woman and refuses to contact me. This woman has no business in landscaping as she has no clue what she's doing.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The service department is also top knotch. They certainly know their way around a mower, blower, or thrower. We have used the rental department quite a bit as well. Having access to heavy machinery and small lawn equipment in Whitehall sure beats having to go to Muskegon for it.
