My door frame was massively chipped during…read morethe job of putting a lock on my front door and my floor tile was chipped due to Sam not laying down some sort of padded floor protector prior to starting the job. Half way through the job I gave him a floor mat because I kept hearing things drop. When I called Sam to let him know he chipped my floor he stated "things happen" on work sites. He did take 95 dollars off for the door chip but what it will cost to fix my floors wasn't worth the work he did. All in all it was a sloppy disappointing job.

Asked them to help me out with financing, but I guess they ran into roadblocks and just dropped it without calling me. Just poor communication. I specified that I wanted to get the job done in 2025, but unknown to me they got the work permit in 2024 which is not what I wanted. Work is probably fine, just poor communication.

They provide the best service possible. I do not see one way they could improve on it. They can respond to the problem very quickly, all three times either that day or the next day. They were friendly, professional, conscientious, and considerate in dealing with someone else's home. They resolved the issue and when they were finished, they straightened out the area (the garage) noticeably more than it had been before they started.
