This small wellness studio is the first of its kind, specializing in cold plunges, saunas, and massages. I booked all three to celebrate my birthday. This spa felt like a taste of the Pacific Northwest in Southern California. The space was claiming, isolated, and they pay attention to the smallest of details. The sauna/cold plunge rooms are built for two. While the space is booked singularly, you can add on an additional person $25. This room also comes with a shower and you can even order a fancy THC beverage to lean into the experience. I personally love a cold plunge, but pairing it with a sauna was.. chefs kiss. I couldn't image a better way to start a new year. The massage was incredible as well. You can tell when someone knows the human anatomy and their expertise branch into physical therapy. I started seeing Megan for lymphatic massage and the results speak for themselves! You can see the before photo where my leg is swollen and the after where the fluid in my legs has been redistributed and my leg looks more "normal." If I had the availability to see Megan on a more regular basis, I have no doubt that my varicose veins and swollen legs would be drastically improved.
