Lucky enough, a lady picked up my call and I was able to get an appointment right away. I was 5 mins early and the massage therapist started on time. The therapist had strong pressure yet very gentle and careful with my injury. My neck and shoulders are very tight she pays a lot of attention on the details. In terms of my shoulder injury, she right away elevated my shoulder to make it more comfortable. Luckily, as we communicated through the massage (my choice as it helps me feel more comfortable with the person who's working with me) I learned that his influence is rooted in eastern massage and he made plenty of adjustments to make sure he was effective for me. He ended up using hot stones and checking in often with amount of pressure and comfort and eventually moved onto have a really great neck, and shoulder massage. This small wellness studio is the first of its kind, specializing in cold plunges, saunas, and massages. I booked all three to celebrate my birthday. The sauna/cold plunge rooms are built for two. While the space is booked singularly, you can add on an additional person $25. This room also comes with a shower and you can even order a fancy THC beverage to lean into the experience. I personally love a cold plunge, but pairing it with a sauna was.. chefs kiss. I have had different masseuses each visit and all have been wonderful! I do suggest letting the gorgeous lady at the front - she may be the owner but I am not sure - know what you need as not all of the therapists speak fluent English. I usually get matched with women therapists however, I did have a male the time before last. He did such a wonderful job and I felt 100% comfortable with him. I have some hip issues that had been bothering me for a while. He was able to respectfully and professionally get into that area and try to work the tightness out. Then he proceeded to give me a good, long stretch. I walked out of there with no pain. The rooms are clean, place is quiet, and tables are comfortable. I have never been shorted on time either. If we start a few minutes late they still honor the full session. The only bummer is they are not open on Sundays. They do take walk-ins but I would call ahead just in case. I have only had great experiences here. I would highly recommend stopping by. Their staff and services are very professional and prices are extremely affordable.
