I've purchased full price from Best Mattress and had a good experience. But as a person who loves a deal, seeks out deals - this store did not ring my value to actual price bell. All I wanted to do was lay on the beds to figure out what mattress type I wanted and this guy with sunglasses (who wears shades indoors?) started hounding me like what type of a mattress I wanted. He said we could get one bed delivered the very next day and that the second bed would take two weeks. Well, they both came in the following day. So glad we stopped by this place on a whim in our search for new mattresses. The sales person (I believe it was David), was very kind even though it was a busy day and he was the only one there. I feel we got a great deal on our two mattresses. They were both high quality brands and new (I'm mentioning this because sometimes people think only floor models are available for liquidation centers). We were able to set up delivery for just 3 days after our purchase. Delivery went smoothly and they hauled away our old mattress. This place is great. I went in thinking I'd be purchasing a 200-300 dollar cheapy mattress. Mainly because I didn't know they could help with financing one. The first day I went by, I met Russ. This was in the evening, about closing time for him. He was super enthusiastic, extremely well informed and was able to answer all my questions, and some. He did show me my $300 options. Then walked me over to this discounted queen sized Serta. He explained this mattress would be brand new straight from the warehouse and delivered to my new apartment at no added cost!!!!! What? That's awesome. When I was able to make it down a few days later, I knew I wanted that serta. I told him during our first visit I could only put down about $150. And he told me I really only needed about $39 to take the mattress home. Long story longer, I went in and sat down with Russ for about 20-30mins. Getting my financing approved with snap and going over delivery and pay off options. I'm happy to say, I was able to fully pay off "snap" within the first month. My bed was delivered to the apartment. Everything in tact and brand new. We had a great experience at this location. Roger, the manager did a wonderful job helping us with the problem we had at another store. The other store screwed up with a warranty claim issue. When I called Best Mattresses' customer service department, Bailey, Dana and Joe made sure that they conveyed how important customer retention is to them. To summarize, they took care of us and helped Roger give us a great deal on a mattress set that my GF liked. I cannot say enough about Roger and the customer service departments' efforts to rectify a wrong. Great experience and fair price. Give them a try. Russ is absolutely AMAZING and by far one of the best salesman that I've ever encountered in any store. A friend and I spent this past Sunday roaming all over North Vegas, and we visited about 6 mattress stores and were completely unsuccessful in finding that one mattress that gave us that "aaaah, i'm floating on a cloud" feeling and wasn't too far out of our price range. If i could leave zero i would . Really bad service from Russ and Kayla, the customer service rep. I purchased a mattress from the Best Mattress 1023 west Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89145 location. I was completely dissatisfied with the product and the service of the Salesperson,Russ; and more so the Customer Service Representative and the way they handled this matter, for this reason. I called and spoke with the Customer Service Rep. by the name of Kayla. She aquired all information of my customer # and knew every part of my dissatisfaction. Upon this transaction- we came to an agreement of a Return of my finances wih applying a fee charge for the Restocking of this item, 300 less what I paid . She specifically instructed me to return to the store that i purchased from and speak again with the same salesman Russ to obtain my Refund. He then called Kayla from customer service to confirm the refund and during this time on the phone with her, Kayla changed her agreement and did NOT HONOR her word for my Refund! She DENIED The refund she Guaranteed me 1 hour prior of speaking with her! Horrilbe service! Kayla then lied and said the General Manager Joe, had stepped in and denied it. Once i asked to speak to Joe, she contradicted herself by saying it was through an email and he wasn't available.Russ was very manipulative when he talked to kayla about it saying it was a done deal making her change what she had said earlier to me. I found a better deal at another best mattress and asked him why he wouldn't lower the price since the other store had it lower and he said he couldn't do that , didn't even try to ask the "boss" like first time. We purchased a Serta mattress here that was sagging in the middle after 3 months of use. And no, neither of us are big. When I called the store to tell them about it, they couldn't care less. I realize that it's my fault for not getting a warranty, but 3 months is ridiculous. We are now stuck with the worst mattress I've ever owned. When we are able to get another one, we will get it from another store, and this one will go straight in the garbage. Update: I did purchase a different mattress from another store. I also needed a second bed set, so decided to see what Joe and Russ could do. I bought a Simmons Recharge floor model from Best Mattress.
