The delivery service was exceptional in removing all the protective foam and plastic to include setting up the pieces and removing the old sofas. The name of the store had us feeling skeptical, but I had taken note of a highly positive review for them here on Yelp! -- so off we went. We are very glad that we came to this store. We were assisted by Cristina, who was friendly and informative, offering us details about the benefits and differences of the Queen mattresses she had in stock or could order for delivery within a week. We both ended up liking a particular mattress from a company we had not previously heard of, for which the price was about $4K less than the one we had nearly bought at that other store! Completing the purchase was quick and easy, and to our surprise the 3rd-party delivery driver brought it to our house only about 2 hours later that same day, and laid it atop the Ikea bed. All in all, a good experience: a very pleasant interaction with Cristina, and that evening we had our new mattress, plus we had saved a nice chunk of money. I would absolutely recommend making sure that you pay a visit to Cristina at this store when you are comparing mattress comfort levels and prices.

We also purchased the warranty for the cushions. Within 6 months the cushions began to split when people sat on it. The material was cheap and obviously not for outdoor use. I just want to add that we kept the furniture covered when not in use. We called on the warranty to get the cushions fixed and it was DENIED! After going around and around with them for months we finally called the store to buy new cushions for that set. But surprise surprise it was discontinued! We had to take them to an outside source to get reupholster which cost us another $1,500 out of our pockets, on top of the $3000 we paid for them in the first place. Very disappointed with our experience at Bob's Discount Furniture. I wish we had just driven past this store and bought patio furniture from a reputable place. Never again. There is a question on here on what could improve? Back your products! Back your warranties! Hire professional people to handle problems.

My handy neighbor let me know about Hotel Furniture Liquidators, the place where I could possibly obtain pieces of the Wynn décor that I adore. (It makes me poetic.) HFL is where old hotel furniture goes in hopes of finding a new home, and I really thought I was going to find a treasure trove of unbelievable deals and styles. Sadly, what I found there is going to have to work really hard to get adopted. The only Wynn remnant I found was a single lamp, and with a scratch and a price tag close to $100, that little guy is still sitting at the warehouse. Honestly, the place is better appreciated as an archaeological experience than as a furniture store. They have a "showroom" portion, but then the back half of the warehouse is literally stacked 100-ft high with chairs, bedspreads, curtains and on and on. Did I say bedspreads? Yes, and I had the same reaction: EWWWWWWWWW! I am scared to touch bedspreads when I am staying at a hotel. I can't imagine bringing one home to live with me. And, I had the EW reaction more than once as I wandered the aisles and imagined what might have been done to and on the various pieces of furniture. What happens in Vegas has stained in Vegas, even if you can't see it. I bet a black light party in that warehouse would be amazing. Plus, the prices really weren't cheap. The few highlights included the fact that they were showing Mulan on their TVs. (Yes, they have old hotel room TVs for sale.) There were also some acceptable wooden high-tops from Hooters -- very country/rustic, but for around $80, they were a pretty good deal. The upstairs is kind of creepy cool, as they have rooms set-up with the complete furniture packages from different hotels. There are signs that let you know which property the furniture came from, so for example: "Flamingo Double." If I were a moth, this would be my go-to hang, but as a deal-hunting human, HFL was a disappointment.

*******buyer beware**** ***** scam artists here. they will deliver you a 3 year old mattress. if you ever get them to actually come and retrieve the garbage they dropped off, they will find a spot on the mattress and tell you they can not take it back. worse yet, in my case, tell you your ''specific'' mattress is not covered under their 120 guarantee...really... pay attention!! why are you signing a 20 page contract for a mattress....why are you paying up front for something you have not even seen? you tried a bed on a show floor that you are not buying. you will be delivered a different mattress that is from "the warehouse" that has been used for years before you ever got it. look at the contract......you give up your right to a jury trial when you have to sue this company......why on earth would this be a stipulation in their contract ?!? you can not have a jury trial to get your money back after they deliver you a subpar mattress. call their customer service number, no one answers it....that may be a problem when you're trying to return your subpar mattress. if you actually decide to purchase here, which you would have to be out of your mind, i've already explained about signing for a 3 year old mattress you haven't even seen. i could write a full page about this place, last but not least.....rebuttal.....why has this company not responded to my review, because it's all facts and they don't care and have nothing to say about the garbage they deliver after they make the sale. scammed read more

I was told it was a queen. So I went on their website and tapped on queen mattress set, saw the price, and went to go by the mattress. I was told the website was an error and that it would be $100 more. Needing the bed, I had to go and pay the $100 more. The boss would not honor what it had shown of why I drove there to purchase it. When the bed showed up although my dimensions were correct, it did not fit. So I had to go down to a full size. When I called to let them know I was given misinformation and that this bed needed to be picked up and replaced for a smaller size, that I should have been told originally the correct size, which is why I called first, in the first place,, I was told I had to pay the $50 redelivery fee. I will Never go back and deal with this misrepresentation or be gouged for money by this place anymore, and I will be calling the friends I referred to this place to tell them not to go there if they have not already and hope that they did not have to go through what I did if they have been there already because I referred them to a place like this.

Erin and Eric Work with you and are a pleasure to deal with. Communication was efficient and I never had a problem ever getting a hold of anybody. Delivery was smooth. I would never do it again…read more This is a business that sells mattresses and box springs which are advertised as new but does not disclose that he is selling you mattresses made of post consumer *used* materials. had I known this, I would definitely not have ordered. It caused various family members extreme rashes, likely because they have to be treated with chemicals to make sure any germs are exterminated. Although all of the mattresses were identical looking ( except the black one he brought by "mistake") only some had tags stating "post consumer materials, do not remove this tag", leading me to believe that some of the tags were removed. He never once mentioned I be getting a box spring made of used materials and since I have extreme allergic reactions, there is NO WAY I would have purchased these. Below was my original complaint. As of right now, I can not in good conscience recommend this company at all. On June 11th, we were told they would deliver between 6:30 and 7:30. We waited until well after 9 PM and they were No Shows. We missed an event we needed to attend. Even though they had just told me they would see me soon and they had the gate code, unfortunately they claimed this was my fault because though my delivery was confirmed, they claimed they tried to call me before they showed up and because I didn't answer my cell phone, which was in my purse upstairs, they just decided not to come. There were no apologies, just blame and trying to justify why they left us waiting. After 2 days of rude snarky responses I'd be happy to post and accusations and insinuations that I was a competitor out to get them, I suggested that if they have so much paranoia, they should require payment up front and sent them a Paypal. Next, delivery was arranged for June 14th at 6:30 PM. We waited home though we had other places to be. At 6:19, we get a message that the delivery driver is not going to arrive until 9 PM. 9 PM rolls around and of course at this point, all personal plans are cancelled and we've waited until 9 Pm. At 9:04 PM we get a message stating that he is not coming tonight either. That I need to choose another delivery time. I message them this afternoon at around 4 PM to ask when they can bring the items. I did not receive any responses and it is now 6/16. The company is unreliable. They have my payment of 570 something and so far, I can't say anything good about them. I am very unhappy that they don't respect my time and have left me hanging multiple times. ***Update: Yesterday they finally showed up. All the items were supposed to be WHITE but one box spring was BLACK and did not match the other that was supposed to go in the same room. I had purposefully asked to make sure all items would be white prior to purchase, but there was the black one. The delivery person stated he would come back tomorrow which is today 6/17 at 6:30 PM when he gets off from work. I still gave the delivery guy a tip, after all the nonsense this company put us through, along with the wrong item. Today I checked my email from the owner to make sure they were still coming to bring the WHITE box spring and this is what it said: "I will refund you back the cost of the twin box spring that we were given back. I suggest you get the box spring from somewhere else who can accommodate you better than I have been able to...I am sorry but at this point with the bad review that you have given us. I think it is in the interest of both of us to end business and I will go ahead and send you the refund for the 1 twin box spring. Sorry again I could not meet your needs and appreciate your feedback and suggestions." So, apparently because I gave them a negative review, which could have been revised, now I am stuck with non matching furniture for my childrens' room? This is beyond childish. Way to punish your clients that you have already disappointed multiple times.

I found this place on google and buying a bed was as easy as ordering take out. We got a king size set for $200 including same day delivery and removal of the old mattress. At first I was weary because it was a 775 number and they only accepted cash and they just asked me to text my home address so it didn't "feel" very official but sure enough they delivered an awesome brand new mattress set on time and for the price they told me over the phone. I couldn't be more satisfied!
