Nate saved my life. He is genuinely the most amazing salesperson and human. He fought for this mattress I need in order to be there for my 15-month old son. He knew how badly I needed this and he was beyond patient and not pushy whatsoever with me. The mattress I had was killing me, I thought I was just stuck with it for the rest of my life. I'll start this review by stating my issue is not with the people my issue is with the company policy. I purchased a mattress a 9/16/24. When I went in, I told the sales person that my husband and I were big people and we needed something that would be sturdy. We ended up buying a purple which we loved, but it was hard to get out of and it's more for back sleepers versus side sleepers. We went on to a beauty rest firm after we were able to use the exchange policy, which was easy but...... after only a few months we already have a quarter inch dip, that may not sound like a lot, but there is a hump in the middle of our bed between my husband and I and where our backs are is also sunk in now it hasn't even been a year, when I talked to them, they told me that they would "send out a service writer to look at it but they're very picky." guy came. He looked at it. He told us that "mattress firm was the one that were picky" we got a letter in the mail with a copy of our warranty stating that our mattress needs to be an inch and a half sag before they will exchange the bed..... (we also bought the OUTRAGEOUSLY priced mattress cover to cover us from damages that would void the warranty, waste!! Just buy one at Walmart! 1 and 1/2 sag is absolutely a humongous and ridiculous sag in order to replace it. A quarter inch is plenty of a dip on a body for over $4000.... I should have just went back to SATVA who I had for years! But I wanted to give our local economy a boost, and now I'm an idiot. I wake up in so much pain every morning. My hips hurt my lower back hurts and I have to pay for this bed. It is a giant mistake. read more
