I had an unprecedented incident 2 days before my scheduled move. The home purchase did not go through and instead of moving into a home - I needed to find storage quickly. Needless to say I was in shock. Understanding my angst Melissa at Dixon Moving adjusted my move schedule at the last minute and worked to find me storage and took care of all the logistics. There was no way my head was in the right space to deal with this - and Mellisa took care of all of it. When I ended up moving - the crew was quick, polite and respectful of my property. It has been over two weeks with barely any communication from anyone at the company. The movers themselves were unprofessional, and the customer service afterward has been even worse. We were pressured to pay before our belongings would be released, then promised the issue would be corrected later -- which clearly has not happened. Extremely disappointed with how this entire situation has been handled. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable or honest moving experience.
