After experiencing sub-par services at other local salons for so many years, I am beyond relieved to have found Best Nails! While I learned the hard way that you do need to make an appointment vs walk in, it's so worth it! The owner is a badass in a great way. They are nice, friendly, reasonably priced and know what they are doing! I love coming here for my dip powder nails and pedicure. I also bring my daughter here from time to time for a mani/pedi. I have been calling this place for weeks now to try to get an appointment but no one answers the phone so today I went in and I ask for a mani and a pedi and the owner said that I need it an appointment bc they don't take walk ins.. I said I have been calling but no one every answers the phone. The owner said when they r booked they don't pick up the phone. who does that? is that the way to run a business? how can ppl make appointments if they don't answer the phone? the owner was very rude, she actually didnt even care when I said that. I went to another place down the street and even though it wasn't such a nice beautiful place like this one, the ladies there were so nice and did a better job! read more

After many bad experiences at other salons. I've never been dissatisfied with the services I received at Best Nail Care. I would suggest making an appointment ahead of time, because they get so many customers. Those who do not make an appointment tend to wait for a long time. All of the technicians do a wonderful job and prices are very reasonable. read more

I went into this establishment and kindly asked if there was availability for two people for a simple gel mani. I was rudely told by the the staff who didn't even even look at the book "no". She didn't even suggest an alternative name. Maybe the have "best nail care" but their customer service is certainly lacking. I will not not return and will take my business elsewhere. read more

I decided to get my nails done before vacation and since most of my friends who get their nails done get them done here, I decided to try it out. I got a full set and didn't get them very long. I can't believe how terrible my nails came out. Like blobs on the ends of my fingers. The acrylic was on my skin to the point it was painful. The 2 people who did them didn't speak to me at all, I told them I don't want them thick but it didn't matter. I hope when they grow a little and I get them filled they will look better but I will go somewhere else. I don't get it, everyone elses nails looked great leaving. Mine were just terrible. Not sure if I had new people or what. read more

I have been going to Best Nail Care since 1999 and even though I have moved 35 miles away, it is still my salon of choice. They do high quality work, and I have found on rare occasions when it has been necessary to go somewhere else, the work and materials are not as good. Problems of over-diluted polish, cuts around my fingers, nails not durable and breaking off before two weeks are some of the issues with other salons I had tried. If you are respectful to them, they will go out of their way to accommodate your schedule. Best Nail Care is a group of hard-working family members who are respectful and just aiming to provide the best service and materials at a fair price. By the way, their prices tend to beat other nail salons' so I don't mind paying cash. Make a follow up appointment and get an additional $2 off each next visit with the appointment card. read more
