A week and a half ago she was treated to get her nails done (thank you Sehoya Mari) sadly after a week have them on. The nails started to pop off. They charged her $75 for a set and 1 week they are popping off !!!!! Nah that's a problem. So she called the nail place up told them the situation and they said bring her in , no problem we will take care of it. GREAT!!!!!! WRONG !!!!! Not only was she trying to low key hint that my daughter at her age was to young for nails ( like mind yours and I will mind mine thank you ) shit was rude as hell . but when I seen her nails after she was done was a whole joke in its self !!! ( I will post both sets ) The fact that I feel like this place took advantage of my child because she knew my daughter was not gonna speak up and say something pisses me OFF !!!!! The massage chairs are excellent and you get a hot towel shoulder massage while your toes are drying as well. What put it over the top was the care and expertise of my pedicurist. I had an ingrown toenail from a pedicure months ago that still bothered me occasionally, and I told my pedicurist about it, and she was able to fix it for me, no more pain! One would think that the owner, or manager would have fit me in some how, but they didn't. They just hung up the phone. Nice going! I will NEVER recommend or ho there because of their customer service lousy practices.
