I always tipped $20 because I feel like when there's a nail tech that does nails they work hard just like we work hard for our money to be ripped off like that was insane. I was charged $65 for a fill, short nails, short nails I brought my own acrylic powder because I did not want the powder they had I like to serve the color then he proceeded to tell me after I wrote a first review that he is not the owner and that just because I brought my own powder, doesn't mean I get a discount which is true I'm not looking for handouts. I never have. I'm not that kind of person, but what I am looking for is a little respect and a little loyalty to the people that have been, I got charged five dollars A piece for a tiny flower on my ring finger I got charged for the cut down which I've already had short nails. It's not like he had to cut down a lot. Then he recommended me to do the hombre with glitter polish no big deal at 10 year-old can do it. He charged me 15 on top of that. So I recommend no one go to this place. The quality is not great out of a one to 10 he's a five he's trying to charge city prices in bum. Fuck Brodheadsville come on dude and he wants to blame it on the rent. I have to pay bills utilities, wouldn't treat people the way you are. Maybe you would have business and if you would get off your soapbox because you do not need to be on one, but you have to rape everybody disgusting and the only reason he text me is because he saw the first review and all the stuff I said after that no answer so here's the second and I will do the third and the fourth and I will keep going because these people that do nails need to stop. I when in for a full set of acrylic nails. Which it was clearly visibly priced at $30. The lady who took care of me did what she wanted, 1st she started to shaped my nails square to the extreme with pointy corners. When I mentioned that they were too pointy, she stated she was not finished. When she moved on to the next step, I mentioned it again and she said, " you don't like, you want round? I told her not completely round, just the corners a little round. She went on and shaped the one nail completely round and asked, like this? I reexplained, Just the corners round a little and the tops flat. She fixed them to my liking. She then offered a design and I asked for examples of her work. She had none and said let me show you one, so she went ahead and painted one nail, it was pretty so agreed to the design. At the end she charged me $50. She said the design was $7 and the full set sometimes is $30, but I wanted it shade deferent so it was more. What $13 extra bc I didn't agree with her and she had to fix the extreme pointy corners. Went and had the dip and tip done. They were not hardened and within less than 24hours all the nails lifted right off. She filed my nails so much they were weak. Asked for refund and she would not give. Just wants to redo my nails but I refused since they didn't last and just ruined my real nails. Refuses to give refunds. Horrible that the nails were $50 and didn't even last a full day. read more

If it were possible to give a negative review I would. Even though I was the only customer in there, my pedicure was completely rushed. From start to finish I'd say it was 10 minutes max. She never even gave my feet a chance to soak. On top of that she used, what was clearly an unsanitary pumice stone, that was completely warn down from over use; similar to what happens to a bar of soap. The tools she used were ones she grabbed off of a table without first sanitizing them. I made objections to both and she kept claiming they were safe and clean. Moving on the my full set... the nails were crooked and uneven. When I told her this, she said they looked fine from her angle and made no further attempt to correct her mistake. She once again rushed through the entire process, which was quite painful due to how fast and rough she was being. Because she rushed through the whole process, my nails started lifting the very next day. Also, every station in there was filthy!! In all I paid $80 for a 10 minute pedicure and an amateurish acrylic full set with gel polish!! I did not get my money's worth by any stretch of the imagination. If I can give the a negative star review I would. I went today very optimistic bc a co-worker recommended them. The lady as soon as I sat down rushed thru my pedicure I was the first one there no one was there but rushed thru it and then didn't even sanitize her foot scrub grater just washed it in my dirty water my feet was in and put it in the drawer for the next customer. That was my first red flag. After she did my toes we went to do my manicure. I just wanted a french but please tell me why the lines are uneven and even after I told her I was unhappy said NOTHING. I paid and realized that the prices don't match. I walk inside looked at the board. Pedicure $24 gel manicure $25. French $5.00. To me that equals $54.00 yet she charged me $59.00. Oh gel french $10.00 where does it say that on the board NO WHERE! So are you over charging people ? Especially for an unsatisfactory job? Fawn and Oliver are both amazing. As soon as they opened up I was one of the first customers. I have been getting my nails done there and pedicures for almost 20 years. Fawn is faster and will get you out the door quickly with a beautiful job done on nails and toes. I love the way Oliver shapes my nails. They are the only place in broadheadsville I would go. to. if i could give negative stars i would. i walked in to get a pedicure (and was the only person there) and from start to finish it took about 10 minutes. the lady, who i assume is the owner, rushed through it and was extremely rough on top of it. it was not relaxing and at some points painful. i told her at the start i wanted my eyebrows waxed. although unhappy with the pedicure i needed them waxed. she rushed through that as well and was VERY painful. even got wax in my hair. i was so frustrated i rushed out. i look at my eyebrows when i get into my car. the one is not even a shape and extremely smaller than the other one. i cried. the lack of customer service and roughness was disgusting. after working doubles multiple days in a row i was looking forward to relaxing and pampering. instead i got frustration and physical pain. and now i have to try to fix my eyebrows so they don't look crazy until they grow back.
