Best nails is right across the street from my job and I needed my nails done before I went on vacation. I was on a tight crunch and I usually don't stray away from my nail salon I go to. I walked right in on my lunch break and I waited only about five minutes for service. As I was waiting I noticed the salon was very clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. The staff member that did my nails was very thorough and she did an great job. I even thought they we're a little better than my regular nail salon I go to. She gave me a very relaxing hand massage that was delightful. I didn't have time to stay for my pedicure and my eyebrows so I made an appointment to come after work. After work I came right in and they took me in right away. There are a variety of different pedicures you can choose from. I just chose a regular pedicure and it came with a ten minute massage which again very relaxing and delightful. It seemed like she was hitting all the right spots. As my nails were drying under the dryer, she asked me did I want another massage as my feet were drying. You know my answer was absolutely!!! It was only a five minute massage but it was very good. Best Nail gets an A+ for all the safety measures they are taking to meet covid guidelines. The place was immaculate and empty on a Friday afternoon. You will definitely feel relaxed here. I got a standard pedi and gel mani. The pedicure also comes with a ten minute foot massage which is heavenly! I really appreciated the guy who did my pedicure. He took his time and didn't rush through the job. Things went left when I received another young lady who did my nails. As I walked over from the pedicure station to the manicure station, some of my toe nails got smudged. The lady who fixed the smudge rushed through it and did a poor job. She didn't even sit me under the dryer. Instead she wrapped my feet in ziplock bags, which ended up smudging my toes even more -_- As she was doing my gel manicure I got that sense that she was trying to get it done as fast as possible. I'm not sure why since the place was empty... I left with a mediocre gel manicure that started chipping 3 days in and a crappy pedicure (that was rushed through). read more

The location is in a great location in Fairfield-CT, and inside the equipment and decorations seem relatively new and well taken care of. I arrived by chance since I needed a haircut and had just traveled, so there it was near my haircut place AND popped my head inside, and I asked when I could get an appointment, but before I knew it, I was in seat no 4 (Lola), with my eyebrows already waxed by Ms. Cindy and waiting in a Shiatsu massaging chair for the grand finale. Then came Shelly and she brought to the table Cleopatra and the Golden Pedicure and foot massage. Simply celestial perfection. I always come to this place. It's always been great but today unfortunately I had a bad experience I got someone new that did my eye brows today. The wax burns my eye lid. I asked to go the bathroom and noticed my eyes. I told the young lady I wasn't going to pay for this and still charged me anyways. I asked to speak to the manager she tried to help by putting aloe on my eyes but still I didn't want to be charge for this. She then goes on to offer me a gift certificate, when all I wanted was to be refund for this terrible job. The lady that did my eye brow should have stopped doing my eye brows and told me something Vs continuing to do a bad job and hurting my eye lid. Here's some pic so you know how my experience went. Well I can't find a nail salon in Fairfield, I tried here having high hopes well I had the uv gel and let's just say it's so thick and looks so fake there were probley 3 coats put on and your only supposed to put one my nail is probley almost a inch thick I had they shaped perfect when I went in coffin and now they are round and square well if anyone knows a good salon please let me know I need one read more

not sure if this has anything to do with this salon or not, but after i got my pedicure my toe got really infected a day later. don't know if it has to do with the tools they used or if it's because i had a cut on my toe or both. or the fact that i don't wear socks with my shoes and they pushed back my cuticle and something got in it and caused it to inflame. all's i know is that it happened after i got the pedicure. there could be multiple reasons why my toe is inflamed. that's my biggest concern. other than that, service is really great and fast. really professional and they know what they're doing read more
