I also do not like that you are not given a moment alone to disrobe or redress in private nor given disposable undies for the waxing. No wipes or warm cloth to get the spots missed when done. I always get full legs and think it is ludicrous to have to pay $20 plus extra just to do a sliver of the bikini line! Room bland, a very generically sterile feeling. No frills here. While I prefer Unikwax in NYC (they do NOT use strips), it isn't always feasible. This is my go to place in CT as they do an adequate job.
