My friend said she didn't want dip powder because it takes longer, and the place advertises for UV gel fill. Why not just provide the service requested? My nail tech also tried to push me to do dip. I said fine because I didn't feel like debating back and forth. She ended up doing regular gel for me...? My friend's nail tech got up during her nail service to answer the phone. We each sat for about an hour and a half. My nail shape and color looked good at the end; I was surprised how long she spent filing my nails but never got around to trimming the cuticles or applying any cuticle oil. Typically I go to Angel Tips, but their wait was too long. I was in a time crunch. 2 stars for being available. $98 for both manicures. Update: went to work and 2 nails broke the SAME day I got them done because they used regular gel instead of UV gel. I went back and asked for my money back and they blamed me for "not being careful". Rudest nail techs I've ever experienced. Highly recommend not going there, even in an emergency.

I go every 4-6 weeks for fill and a pedi. It's disheartening to read some of the bad reviews as I've never once experienced anything negative at this salon. I love when their dog is here it's relaxing and so many people I have witness over the years smile when they walk through the doors and see the little doggy. Addressing reviews on waiting, when coming to the salon, it's normal to wait a bit; the nail techs are finishing up a previous clients and giving the best care and services possible which when it's your turn know you'll experience the same. So be patient. Nikki (the owner) is kind but honest she will ensure you get the best for your nails especially for designs. She would hate for you to return because something broke or gems fell off she takes her time as well as everyone here. She's one of the hardest working women I know. For pedicures, I usually upgrade for a spa pedicure. They have a wall by the sinks filled with different scents you can do. The massage chairs are comfy and make the experience stress free. There are multiple different options you can do for your nails for colors, powders and even cat eye or color changing. There are gems you can pick from or you can do full on sparkle nail that gets dusted on. They also offer waxing services. I have gotten my eyebrows done a few times and have never been disappointed . I recommend Henry's nails to everyone I know. I bring friends and family with me. Take it from me who's been working with the owner for over 5 years (I guess 4 or so at this salon) , this place is great and offer a lot of services. Everyone here is kind but keep in mind if the place is swamped and workers appear stressed be courteous to them; they are doing their best.

My mani lasts two weeks and is smooth and beautiful. They do cuticles too which is AMAZING because I think it makes it look better and last longer. I've been to three different manicurists here and they consistently have been great. I also brought my 3.5 yo daughter and they were amazing with her. They're easy to understand and also listen to what you have to say as a client. I was born with syndactyly and unfortunately two of my finger nails are quite different and very very sensitive. EVERY salon I've been to either makes it uncomfortable by not painting it, making a comment, or a weird noise when they see it. If they do paint them, they miss part of the nail...Not ONE single person here has done that. In fact, they are gentle, kind, and thorough. I have to give extra props to LuLu who was all of the above: gentle, friendly, great communication, great manicurist...she also went the extra mile when I was indecisive about color by showing me the two I was between on my nails. It was an extra step for her but she offered and gracefully. Speaking to the environment-they have at least 14 people working. They have plenty of stations. Are they spotless -no, but they also have a revolving door of customers. Ive never been when they open, but I'm sure they start out much cleaner than they are by the end of the day...They've always used new tools on my nails! The look is more like the nail salons from the 90s/that were in the mall. If you're looking for fancy then maybe this isn't the place, but if you want a great gel mani (or a mani for a child) that is well done, lasts and is affordable I HIGHLY recommend.

But I didn't say anything because I thought "hey maybe that's how she does things". Boom she's filing which she's not even really doing and then goes to paint she does the French so bad with the normal nail polish brush instead of the skinny brush but I again, giving her the benefit of the doubt thought maybe she'll clean it up with alcohol or acetone. Nope. So I'm like okk. I didn't say anything because it wasn't horrible so I look at them after she's finished and they're just so uneven, fat, and bubbly looking. But at this point I didn't have time to stay and fix them. I go to pay and don't leave a tip because I hate them. She questions the tip part and I said no tip because i genuinely don't like my nails. She legit gave me my card back, slammed the drawer and walked away lol. Took everything in me to not go off on her. Kept it cool fr. So I told John the owner that I didn't like them so he told me to come back the next day to fix them which I did. Lol.. safe to say the only difference was him actually filling them with the power and acetone. They still look ugly af. Long story short after all that.. I hate my ugly fat uneven nails and I will never go back there to get my nails done. I only get my toes done there and really tried giving them the benefit of the doubt. smh I should of stayed with my og nail tech

I had a small issue with my gel manicure (done by someone else) and she immediately asked that I come back, which I did and she fixed it. She took her time, never felt rushed and most importantly, my nails came out so clean, even with the dark color I chose. I think I finally found my new Nail Salon! Definitely recommend!
